90s Body Shop products they should bring back!

I’m in a nostalgic mood.
Probably like most 90s teens I loved the Body Shop back in the day and wish they’d bring back some of my favourites which were:

Cucumber cleanser- loved the scent so much, takes me right back to summer

Passion fruit cleanser- smelt gorgeous, had a really nice texture too

Fuzzy peach & Dewberry perfume- classic first perfumes!

Also does anyone miss those fruit shaped Soaps?

What products do you wish they’d bring back?

Atlas rose range. They've replaced it with the infinitely inferior and insipid British rose range

Apple shower gel (from the 90s, used to get a free one when you did the body shop tour)
Animal soaps
And bath pearls

The fruit soaps were banned - you can't make soap shaped like edible food anymore unfortunately. Loved the apple & banana ones.

Gardenia Bath Milk
& it's definitely overpriced now - a friend does the Body Shop At Home stuff & the prices are eye watering for what they are!

My daughter got me elderflower eye gel recently. It was always a favourite of mine. It seems just the same to me.

Carrot moisturiser- this was the best, and inadvertently slightly tinted

When the Body Shop started it had character and bags of imagination. When L'Oréal bought it they didn't value any of that and consequently ruined the brand.

Yes 😁- bring back those bath pearls, the lip glosses, everything in the tea rose range, everything in the white musk range, the gardenia bath milk, the gift baskets with products sat on straw... I used to love the Body Shop, my brother got me a basket every birthday & every Christmas... loved them!

YES! These! The cute little animal shaped ones, I always remember how much I loved them, and know my girls would too, but can't find them anywhere these days. Would definitely make me shop there again! X

And you'd think, with trying to reduce plastic the bath pearls are perfect for that as no packaging needed. They were in pick and mix style jars. Surprised Lush or somewhere similar hasn't reinvented them

Bath pearls! I remember being given a jar full of different shapes for Christmas when I was about 9 or 10, I treasured it and used the pearls so sparingly!

Aww I loved it there. And it was affordable for teens.. I used to have a fiver on me and be able to buy something and have enough for food.
It's completely different now.. expensive and posh. People walk in, enjoy a few samples and walk out.

I bought peppermint foot cream fairly recently but not sure it was quite the same

Japanese Musk perfume oil! Nothing like it.

Oceana perfume. I loved that!

My local pub has a hand wash that smells almost identical and I’d love to find out what it is, but I’d feel a right weirdo asking at the bar.

It'd be nice if they brought back female empowerment: Female run, no MLM arm and no using misogyny as advertising.

Male run, MLM arm which disproportionately affects women negatively, and using a woman's abuse against her for their financial gain is abhorrent.

Glad to say I haven't shopped there since the latter. Not the ethical company they make out to be.

Not to mention when they replaced their SLS and other nasties free haircare range with products full of SLS, silicones and other horrible shit.
