Has it rained yet?

Has it rained yet where you are? And if yes, is it now cooler?
I am in Scotland Central Belt, no rain and still as hot as it was yesterday.

Also in Scotland central belt. It's been raining since last night over here. Very wet. Night was very uncomfortable despite rain. Feeling cooler today.

Hertfordshire. No rain yet though it has become overcast. The humidity is through the roof though, it’s unbelievably oppressive here and the house feels hotter even though it’s technically cooler and there’s a bit of a breeze.

NW England near the Wales boarder. Rained on and off all morning, we had a fair amount of rain end of July and beginning of August here so while we needed it, no where near as bad as some other areas need it.

North Lanarkshire, been raining since about 8pm last night with impressive thunder and lightning through the night. Very, very close so imagine there's more to come.

North Hampshire and nothing yet. Looking at met office rainfall radar shows it’s not far to the west now, maybe 20 miles but looks like pretty light rain. Hope it gets here soon.

Cornwall - rained overnight and the occasional brief shower today. Down to the mid 20's. I am the happiest I have been for about a month.

North Wales. Had a bit of drizzle this morning, hoping for proper rain this afternoon. Temp much cooler however which is lovely.
