Most middle class family holiday destination? (just for fun!)

I haven't spotted a middle class thread all week so thought I'd start one just for fun 😜
In your opinion what are the most middle class or umc holiday spots?
Summer:
Any part of France (extra posh if you have friends or family who have a house to put you & the kids up in!)
Italian Lakes
Greek Islands

Winter
Barbados or similar Caribbean Island
Skiing in the Austrian, Swiss or French Akps (wealthiest go to Switzerland)
Christmas markets

This is just for fun & based on the wealthier middle class families I know! They all seem to go to the same places!

Dubai

Most middle class places I’ve probably been to.

courchevel in the winter.
orford in the summer. Also north Norfolk

Backpacking in Loas/Cambodia/Vietnam. Yes, we are that pretentious family

Yes forgot about Dubai! That covers both winter & summer! Also forgot about New York, two very MC mums from the school do an annual pre Christmas shopping trip to the big apple...

One to add to the summer list is an Alpine holiday (hiking, climbing, mountain biking) based in a friend's chalet/ski apartment

Abersoch. I think half of Cheshire decamps there each summer.

Jersey or isles of scilly

Dubai is more "new money" than middle class.

The poshest people I know go to the South of France in summer. They own a house on the coast a few miles outside Cannes which has been in the family for a few generations. In the winter, they go to Barbados for the beaches & golf or South Africa for the wildlife & more golf.

I think of Dubai as new money/Real housewives/WAGS crowd ie not middle class at all

Can’t think of anywhere less middle class than Dubai.

Agreed. The poshos I know wouldn’t be seen dead in Dubai. It’s definitely not for ‘people like us’.

Wells next the Sea

Activity holiday in Slovenia tied in with food and wine tours over into the neighboring (and relatively un-visited) Italian region of Friuli Venezia Giulia

Also Salcombe. I lived there in my teens. Overrun in the summer with the Boden crowd

We went sailing in Norfolk a few years ago and that was very naice. I always think of Cornwall/Devon.
Northumberland ie Bamburgh area is a lovely middle class weekend break.
Glamping on a farm in Shropshire was again frightfully naice with MC children running feral.....

I am firmly MC and this year I have been to Barcelona city break, French Alps skiing, Hawaii with DH and Cyprus summer hols with the kids (will have to NC now!)

My MiL lives in a village between Hunstanton and Wells and it's chock a block with posh people from July to September (she's also posh but I'm not )

A friend posts about popping off to see boarding school friends in Dubai each school holiday. Agreed its new money, but.quite a lot of it! I like to think the new real posh is a UK holiday 😉

It seems to be a MC thing to holiday in UK although obviously only in appropriate MC areas and never Butlins/Haven.

Dubai is totally LMC, the real middle class wouldn’t go.

The most middle class real one I’ve seen this summer is an all inclusive French Chateau in Samatan, France which some random old NCT friends have gone to. He’s the black sheep boy of an old money family, she’s an ex City executive PA. Their kids are all Monty and Arabella types.

Oh and yes to Cornwall! Has to be a chi chi town or unknown cove though, not a holiday park obvs.
