So far reporting minimal deaths, I imagine that will increase significantly but I bloody well hope not.

I hope he’s worrying about his immortal soul because he’s going to in hell.

Putting aside the ridiculous asinine childishness of doing so, and this may be moving into conspiracy paranoia, but it crossed my mind that Putin could have ordered the attack on the shopping centre as retaliation and a big FU to G7 leaders for mocking him…

Russia is now saying that any attack on Crimea will be an official declaration of war to Russia. I think they're getting concerned that it's a real possibility now, otherwise they wouldn't be saying it!

For war crimes. And then take him to The Hague to stand trial.

The G20 is in Bali, Indonesia on Nov 15-16. Putin is apparently meeting the Indonesian President ahead of the summit. So I don't think Indonesia will allow its territory to be used for an arrest. Another one for wishful thinking ... but there is still time to plan ...

Presumably Crimea is now within range of the HIMARs. Crimea is reportedly where Ukraine's stolen grain is being sent to be 'laundered' and shipped out.

I'd be very surprised if he goes. He seems to be in the habit of doing the opposite of what he says.

@katem98 I can't say for sure but I think that this is about demonstrating readiness rather than declaring war. It's a proportionate response to Russia's current escalation.

I'm not sure I'm dealing with this like the average person in the UK. My hair is falling out, my nails have all been bitten off and I can't concentrate on a single thing yet I can't stop refreshing news pages - I really can't help it!
