What really disappoints you???

Light hearted thread....

What really disappoints me is having a beautiful watermelon sitting waiting to be eaten only to finally cut it open and it's tastes of nothing! No juice/no flavour, and it was definitely ripe, been sat ripening for a week.

I will tell you what really disappoints me - weak toilet flushes and cisterns which take aaaaagggggeeesssssssssssssssssss to refill. Three flushes it took me to flush after a wee at work (avert your gaze now if you’re of a sensitive disposition - the joys of peri menopausal periods, it’s like something has died a gruesome death down there), I was in there for what felt like hours. Other toilet users must have wondered what the hell I was doing.

Totally agree, altho 10 minutes was enough for me.

I was craving a meatball marinara subway sandwich as I'm at home, cold and knackered. I decided to order veggie meatballs to be healthier and it arrived - tasteless, dry and no marinara sauce! I nearly cried with disappointment.

Shit chocolate, manufacturers STILL using palm oil, my boss being a total control freak over minor shit whilst not acting to change the big important stuff that he moans about CONSTANTLY but does nothing to change when only he can do it.

Agree with all of those but yeah, people (in my case, a colleague) moaning about important things they won't do anything about, is so disappointing.

Another vote for litter picking. I did a long stretch of road twice last week. Walked along it today and picked up another bag of crap. It was all takeaway wrappers, bottles, cans and coffee cups Angry

I’d agree with litter picking too. I bought those long handled ring things and went to the beach. Just on one small stretch I filled a bin bag. I was horrified by how much there was . Then found there was nowhere to put the bin bag as all the bins had letterbox type openings. So didn’t do it again.
