Guess mummy has finally had enough.

@youtown

Do you think of virgin takes money she's an utter scammer though? People keep talking about out of court settlement - she can't be that passionate about being abused if she accepts money IMO
No. I wouldn't blame her one little bit if she did. I know I would.
SockFluffInTheBath · 13/01/2022 20:43

it's been said time without number, but no wonder women struggle so much with rape/abuse cases in the court system when it's so heavily stacked against them and other women post such inanity.

A charmer at work suggested she though she’d be taken on as a wife or girlfriend and kept in the lifestyle she’d become accustomed to, and this is her response to that rebuff Angry I’ve heard a few people say she’s already had one payment and now seems to be looking for another… we weren’t there and we don’t know but it all seems pretty damning from the outside Sad

AllThePogs · 13/01/2022 20:44

I wouldn't be brave enough to have taken it this far. It is a massive thing to go through.

Why shouldn't she be compensated by her rapist?

amusedtodeath1 · 13/01/2022 20:48

The Interview, he's lying in the interview, it's plain as day, The Behaviour Panels analysis of it on YT is very very interesting.

Why would he have to lie if he's totally innocent?

Livelovebehappy · 13/01/2022 20:48

She could decide to settle outside Court if she wants, but apparently she has said she wants her day in Court, so guess if that’s the case it sounds more like she wants real justice for the abuse, and not just a pay day.

mumshouse · 13/01/2022 20:49

That's such a shame, can we not do the same to Harry

Because the crime of not marrying a "pure" young girl is equal to what Andrew is being accused of?

Ironically the root cause of why the UK media is so angry with Harry is because he didn't swoop up some naive blonde girl in her late teens that they could leer over.

What an awful thing to say. Why would it matter if a girl who had been raped wanted to make her rapist pay out?
JanuaryBluehoo · 13/01/2022 20:50

Unfortunately it seems the queen has always fully backed Andrew hence his office telling concerned people to "fuck off".

I do feel for the the queen she probably didn't realise the extent of his perversions however her unfailing backing of him has helped to create a this mess.

@user1641832968632486258

Vile attitudes like those expressed on this thread blaming VG for her abuse are the reason this kind of abuse and trafficking is able to occur in the first place.

Every person who blames victims for sexual abuse is complicit in that abuse occurring in our society.

Thank you, @user1641832968632486258.

Several times now I've felt that the trafficked girls are getting forgotten about.

DreamTheMoors · 13/01/2022 20:51

@Spudlet

They aren’t comparable.
But that never stopped the haters & bullies.
They’ll continue to spread their baseless rumours & racist rants — all taken from “impeccable” (snark) sources like the daily fail & piers m.
Pathetic, really, that they don’t have the common sense to determine fact from fiction or plain old hateful content, couched in ‘opinion’.

Blossomtoes · 13/01/2022 20:51

@AllThePogs

Why shouldn't she be compensated by her rapist?
Is it possible to compensate for the trauma of being trafficked? I can’t see how money would help. I can see perfectly well how a legal vindication might help quite a lot. Clearly the money Epstein handed over was no compensation at all. My only criticism is that she’s not going after all the men involved.

So what do you suggest Ms Giuffre does ? Should she just run away and not pursue this case because having a cash payout might not be a good look ?

I mean, seriously, talk about damned if you do and damned if you don't.

This is literally the only course of action available to her in an attempt to get some justice from a man who, it seems, raped her while she was being trafficked by a KNOWN paedophile and a KNOWN trafficker/madam.

Have you read about the Farmer sisters? They tried to go down the FBI route for years, they were not listened to. She is doing what she can with who will listen and help.

LakieLady · 13/01/2022 20:54

@MuchuseasaChocolateTeapot

Blimey Charles and William are going to busy at the Cenotaph, no Philip, Andrew or Harry, they’ll have to double up on wreath placing 😳
Do Anne and Edward lay wreaths? If not they'll have to start!
SockFluffInTheBath · 13/01/2022 20:54

@DeliriaSkibbly you’re venomous at me because of what exactly? I was agreeing with the poster I quoted that some people are victim shaming and said some of the drivel I had heard irl.

I hope she takes every penny he’s got. Even if she did it won’t ever change what happened to her.

I don’t feel sympathy for any of the RF

JanuaryBluehoo · 13/01/2022 20:56

Of course money is a form of compensation!
Of course it is and if she did settle outside of court, good for her and her family.

It's up to her to decide whether it's something to mitigate the horrors she faced at the hands of wicked ghislane and jef.

I only hope she doesn't because I personally want to see Prince Andrew in court but also because it may give other victims the courage to come forward.

The tide really is turning.

MotherOfBeardedDragons · 13/01/2022 20:56

I didn’t mean to quote that 🤦🏻‍♀️

Nanny0gg · 13/01/2022 20:56

@MollyPea

Yes this, in spades!!

Can’t believe the attempted-virtue-signalling sycophantic burbling of some of you bleating Daily Mail readers pitying ‘poor old queeny’ while ignoring the fact that actual children, hundreds potentially, have been groomed, abused and raped by Andrew and his chums. Some of you must be mums too I’m assuming, gross!

Nonsense.

I can feel sorry for the Queen whilst feeling utter horror at what Epstein/Maxwell and their associates (inc Andrew) did.

Blossomtoes · 13/01/2022 20:57

But she’s not “going down the FBI route”, is she? I’d have gone after the whole lot if I’d been her.
Covidclaire · 13/01/2022 20:57

So far VG has indicated that having her case heard is more important than money.

Well that wasn’t her view with Epstein. And in fact the settlement agreement she signed is probably the reason she couldn’t testify in the Ghislaine case. That doesn’t exactly shout I want these people to get what they deserve, does it. And interesting that she goes after a Prince and not one of the many other people she was probably forced to have sex with.

I don’t blame her at all, but I think anyone who can’t see she’s gone after the case that will get the highest profile is pretty naive.

mumshouse · 13/01/2022 20:57

I don't feel sorry for the Queen. At the very least she has discreetly looked the other way on occasion when she had a lot of authority to say or do something.

Fergie got kicked out of the family and was never allowed to spend another Christmas day with her daughters for a bit of toe-sucking, while Andrew... It was rather ironic that Philip had two head mourners at his funeral.

We know Charles' history too. And (according to the media of everywhere but the UK) William is happily following in his footsteps... Of course it's not comparable to the mess Andrew is in, but the thing with them is that the only thing that matters - whatever they do - is not getting caught. And they're supposed to be role models...

OhWhyNot · 13/01/2022 20:57

This is such a huge step and the right one

Of course he will be supported financially if not by his family those that what to associate themselves with him because who who he is that won’t change he will still have lots of yes people around him

In that case I apologise - I read it as the opposite.
