Guess mummy has finally had enough.

M&H resigned from their public duties, that's the only reason, they can't use their HRH and lost their Military and Charitable places.

In effect Andrew has been sacked from public duties, he didn't resign, he was pushed and quite rightly too IMO.

I don't like M&H as many of you will know from my previous posts about them but even I don't see a comparison between their situation and Andrews. I don't see any reason for them to be dragged into this

belowaverage · 13/01/2022 20:09

Queenie told him and he replied

"No sweat , i'm off out for a pizza"

sweetbellyhigh · 13/01/2022 20:09

@SockFluffInTheBath

I’ve read handed back, not stripped. I wonder if it’s a strategic move to reduce access to the Royal coffers. As a private citizen he’ll soon run out of money on legal fees, security etc and may even be bankrupt by the time a settlement is requested.
That means, he was instructed to return them. Nothing voluntary about it.

Any comparison between Andrew and H&M is frankly moronic.

One is utter scum, the other's a pair of delusional twits, easily ignored.

HopefulProcrastinator · 13/01/2022 20:11

The regiments really pushed for him to be stripped of military titles. None if them wanted to raise a toast to his health but were required to if he was their senior royal.

Completely opposite to Harry, the regiments wanted to keep him but weren't allowed.

The Queen has not done this for any reason other than she's been forced too. She's no better than a rape apologist.

The reality for Andrew is that he can no longer use any titles that bestow good character on him in court. He will just be "Andrew who claims he can't sweat"

I doubt it'll get to court, I predict a cash settlement and contract to never speak of this again.

There is video footage of the entrance to Epstein's property when Andrew last stayed with him. Showing young girls coming and going and even Andrew showing one of those girls out and waving her goodbye.

He didn't just visit a convicted sexual offender, he was videoed stayed there as young girls entered the premises.

The footage is on All4.

I thought the girl at the door who was being seen out by Prince Andrew was actually Katherine Keating, the daughter of Australian PM Paul Keating?
Covidclaire · 13/01/2022 20:12
@Nanny0gg Arf, what would you expect them to say? In the Royal Family, being able to spell your own (ridiculously overblown) name is a sign of exceptional intelligence. They're all as thick as custard.
I don’t think I would call As and Bs at A level thick as custard grades. (Wills, Beatrice, Eugenie).

Puzzledandpissedoff · 13/01/2022 20:13

You're correct, TheWomandestroyed; the public church visit was just after the Newsnight catastrophe, whereas the horse ride for the cameras followed the serving of VG's papers on Andrew and the GCVO honour appeared after a previous Epstein story and the removal of his "Trade Envoy" status

Perhaps those who insist she's "never put a foot wrong" forget the difference between what she does privately as his mother and what's produced for the public?

LovePoppy · 13/01/2022 20:14

@Aldinho57

That's such a shame, can we not do the same to Harry,
Why
amusedtodeath1 · 13/01/2022 20:15

He's her Son, no one would want to believe that their Son is capable of that. She's done what she had to do, when she had to do it.

Besides which he hasn't been found guilty of anything, yet.

Colbumbo · 13/01/2022 20:15

@sadpapercourtesan

It's not surprising that the men of this family would turn out like Andrew though, is it? It's pretty much a foolproof recipe:
 1. taught from early infancy that they belong to the very elite, are better and more important than everyone else, and will never be expected to clean up their own messes because there are minions to do that

 2. sent to traditional English public schools, where they are systematically divorced from their own emotions by institutionalised bullying and macho culture, while simpultaneously being told that if they are good at History, for example, then they are already a "great historian", because they are the elite and everything they do is amplified

 3. made to conduct themselves as spouses, parents and children as though the only things that matter are power, appearances and the maintenance of the family image

It's how we produced the "officer class" - men with enough arrogance and insensitivity (both to violence and to the rights of other people) to colonise a quarter of the globe, from a small wet island off Europe.

It's how we produced Boris Johnson, David Cameron and Jacob Rees-Mogg.

Andrew is not an anomaly. His behaviour is a feature, not a bug.

Excellent post.
sadpapercourtesan · 13/01/2022 20:15

@Covidclaire there are thousands of rich kids getting those grades spoonfed to them, at great expense. Do you really think everyone with an A at A Level is intelligent?

KerryWeaver · 13/01/2022 20:19

@Aldinho57

That's such a shame, can we not do the same to Harry,
It dismissive attitudes like this that lead to so many child abusers getting away with what they do.
Roussette · 13/01/2022 20:19

Storm literally less than minutes before a very young girl followed JE out. And then went back in again. She looked about 14 to me (disclaimer... I don't know her age, she just looked very young).
Then it was Andrew at the door as a dark haired female came out... older. The whole footage lasted a minute or two.

recycledcat · 13/01/2022 20:19

ABC for William in Geography, Art and Biology - to be frank I'd want my money back from Eton

Eugenie - AAB in Art, English Lit and Art History

Beatrix - ABB - Drama, History and Film Studies

Again - I'd be asking for some money back

Thick as mince

They're certainly not as thick as custard, nomatter what help they have! Grin

amusedtodeath1 · 13/01/2022 20:21

A Levels? What relevance to anything do their qualifications have? Clearly there's varying levels of intelligence throughout the family, as with any family. To label them all as thick is very narrow thinking and not really relevant.

MayaK · 13/01/2022 20:23

Too little too late.

Blossomtoes · 13/01/2022 20:23

They really didn’t. They were as glad to see the back of him as they are of Andrew. The military hates Harry, they think he’s a traitor.

AllThePogs · 13/01/2022 20:24

Ability to pass an exam is not the same as critical thinking.

Roussette · 13/01/2022 20:25

Where on earth is the source for you saying 'the military hates Harry'. I have never seen anything like that.
They hate the Invictus games do they?

StormzyinaTCup · 13/01/2022 20:26

Ah ok Rousette 👍not seen the footage (don't think I really want to), I just remember that the woman at the door with PA was identified as KK (which is a bit odd in itself).

There's nothing wrong with any of these grades.
MuchuseasaChocolateTeapot · 13/01/2022 20:26

Blimey Charles and William are going to busy at the Cenotaph, no Philip, Andrew or Harry, they’ll have to double up on wreath placing 😳
