Is it just me or is it really warm at the moment for the time of year it is?

I’ve had to get the fan in from the garage!

Summer was miserably hot. Was so happy to see the back of it. Yet was too warm in bed last night and had windows open this morning downstairs when hoovering. Need some winter !

Was it? I seem to remember about 2 hot days. When it gets really hot I tend to sit at the bottom of my garden in the shade. I didn’t do that for more that 2 or 3 days this summer.

It wasn't miserably hot where I live either. We had a couple of heatwaves that lasted a few days each, but it was only a few days, not all summer.

I don't see how it's banter saying how lovely the weather is. Unless of course I've spent my life misunderstanding the meaning of the word.

Must add. Global cooling has started. Will be very cold by 2030 ..... Very low solar activity

Where did you get that from?

My phone says 14c which is about right.also says completely overcast,it's actually sunny,windy, almost all clear blue sky

14 degrees here according to my laptop. Very windy though.

Yeah full ostrich sounds about right. For your info I have travelled extensively throughout my life and spend pretty much all day every day outdoors for my work so you can just jog on with your patronising crap about widening my horizons or suggesting going for a walk . I'm in my mid 50's and have spent 40 odd years being very concerned about climate change. It is like Don't Look Up ....
