Is it just me or is it really warm at the moment for the time of year it is?

I’ve had to get the fan in from the garage!

Freakishly mild in Dublin. We walked the pier last night and the air felt neither cold nor warm, more or less body temperature. Which is not normal.

In early Jan the weather is forecast to be very cold - more seasonal - but overall the climate is changing irreversibly. This is why the pledges at COP26 matter. A certain amount of warming is already baked into the system. We need to try and keep it below 2 degrees.

My heating clicked on at 5pm and by 5.20 it said 'fuck this'. I always thought my thermostat was broken but it turns out it's never reached its upper temperature (it's 21 degrees)

It has been really mild here today (Yorkshire). About 14 degrees.
We were all walking on the beach with our winter coats off it was so warm.

It's very warm but all it seems to do here in Wales is rain atm, its blowing a gale out there too. I'd rather it dry and cold than this.

Yes. I mean it's only 12 degrees but my house is boiling. My partner automatically switched the heating on this morning then turned it off 10 mins later as it was roasting
