Does anyone know what happened to the promised highlight show on BBC1 this afternoon? It's disappeared from the planner.

I wonder if she stayed up late to watch it or did she watch the Last Night of the Proms??

She could have watched both — Last Night of the Proms finished before the match did.

I believe Channel 4's Ian Katz pulled off the coup. That may well be the same Ian Katz who is the husband of Justine Roberts of MN fame? I wonder if she wanted to watch the match along with us all ...

Fernandez referencing 9/11 went down well with the crowd. Amazing to think that happened before both women were born. I thought it was strange that the stadium mostly cleared before the trophy ceremony, though.

Her sister’s constant comments to her telling her to smile shows they were always trying to play the PR game. Disappointing as it made her a tad unlikeable, whereas Emma simply focussed on the game and so seemed sincere.
