Don't know why anyone would want yo marry him...but then again if you're prepared to have an affair with a married man when his wife has cancer...

They may have had a blessing but I very much doubt they married in a Catholic church. If they did then catholic churches will have to rewrite the rules for everyone.

Well I suppose once he realised he’d have to pay for it himself if they married at Chequers, he was always going to look for a cheaper option

Usually it wouldn’t matter if he did. Without an annulment which is very hard to be granted by the Catholic Church, in the eyes of the church Boris is still married to his first wife, never mind his second, so they wouldn’t dream of marrying him a third time.

If this is true that Boris has been permitted marriage in the Catholic church that's absolutely disgraceful. I wonder if they perhaps just had a blessing there?
God knows they'll Carrie will need a blessing or two.

If hiss previous weddings were not in a Catholic Church they “do not count” - so that is why he will have been allowed.

I think the first marriage was annulled , but the second was a divorce

My brother wasn't allowed to marry his divorced non Catholic wife in our parish church. So previous non Catholic marriages do apply.

No that's not the case. In the eyes of the church (& applicable to the rest of us lowly folks), previous marriages remain unless a spouse is deceased. I would expect that the annulment of his first marriage would be exempt, but the rest would prevent anybody else being granted permission according to Catholic Church teachings and rules.
