ZoeMaye · 27/04/2021 17:28

Whatever I fancy.

Today I had onion Bhajis with some mango chutney, ready salted crisps and a mini hoisin duck supermarket sushi.

GintyMcGinty · 27/04/2021 17:28

Scrambled eggs and wholewheat toast

Weetabix

Porridge

Banana and a yogurt

schmalex · 27/04/2021 17:29

Porridge with a scoop of collagen, some ground linseed and a handful of berries most days.
Big heap of scrambled eggs on wholegrain toast after my long run.

IHaveBrilloHair · 27/04/2021 17:30

A cup of tea if anything.

StevieNix · 27/04/2021 17:32

Diet Coke and a fag Grin

lljkk · 27/04/2021 17:32

High fat things. They are filling.
Today was humus & cucumber.

NoLeafClover · 27/04/2021 17:32

Peanut butter (the no added salt, no added sugar, no palm oil kind) on a slice of wholegrain bread with chia and sunflower seeds toasted, and a mashed banana on top. Absolutely love it and keeps me going for ages.

Porridge with berries.

And occasionally if I wake up really hungry, soup and bread, or a tuna melt, or smoked salmon with steamed spinach and mushrooms, and poached eggs.

ShinySquirrel · 27/04/2021 17:32

This morning was two Marmite breakfast biscuits with some Longley Farm cottage cheese (a.k.a. the best cottage cheese ever), seasoned with lots of dried chillis and black pepper.

Most mornings it's kefir, or some Greek yoghurt with fruit.

Planttrees · 27/04/2021 17:33

Every day the same! A bowl made up of:

Two dessert spoons of organic wheat-free muesli
Two dessert spoons of defrosted frozen mixed berries
Two dessert spoons of organic natural yoghurt

NoLeafClover · 27/04/2021 17:35

@Sacreblue

Tea & toast mostly but today tea & apple crumble & custard 😋

Reheated last nights leftovers also popular breakfast here esp takeway.

Ooh yes, if we've had takeaway the previous night I'll have a slice of cold leftover pizza, or cold curry and rice. I love cold leftovers for breakfast Grin.
EventuallyDistracted · 27/04/2021 17:35

Sourdough toast with oranut butter most days, the same toast with a couple of boiled eggs once or twice a week. The sourdough/peanut butter combination fills me up better than any other breakfast.

EventuallyDistracted · 27/04/2021 17:35

peanut butter that should say

PurplePansy05 · 27/04/2021 17:35

My current go to are bran flakes with pear and Greek yoghurt, plus honey. Delicious.

On colder days I do porridge with blueberries and milk in a microwave then put a bit of honey and chopped walnuts on top.

Sometimes I do bagels with peanut butter and blueberries or bananas.

Weekends:

Scrambled eggs with ham and rye bread on the side

Smoked salmon with lemon and dill on a breakfast muffin with soft cheese

Avocado and poached eggs on rye bread

Bacon bagel with butter & ketchup

Dippy eggs

Sometimes a full breakfast or a take on that, but rarely.

Shoxfordian · 27/04/2021 17:36

It varies

Toast and peanut butter or jam
Fruit and yoghurt with honey
Croissants
Boiled eggs
Egg and bacon at the weekend

fairydustandpixies · 27/04/2021 17:36

Full fat Greek yogurt with a small handful of berries and a sprinkle of chia seeds.

FunTimes2020 · 27/04/2021 17:37

@Hyperion100

2-3 eggs on wholemeal toast with marmite Banana Coffee
I'm not criticising, just wondering, but does that mean you have 14 - 21 eggs a week?
Eyevorbig0ne · 27/04/2021 17:37

Porridge with frozen raspberries, microwaved.

Scrambled egg in muffin

Crumpet with marmite or peanut butter

Roll with bacon and mushrooms

TheFairyCaravan · 27/04/2021 17:40

Two dessert spoons of Greek yoghurt with either pomegranate seeds, blueberries or raspberries with a probiotic capsule sprinkled on top.

JaquelineBeanstalk · 27/04/2021 17:44

During the week, i try to breakfast late, so it'll something I can take to the office with me.

e.g. overnight oats
yoghurt and berries/nuts
mini frittatas (I make a batch of these at weekends to use up spinach, tomatoes etc)
hard boiled egg

Weekends - soft boiled egg and marmite soldiers, smoked salmon, avo and/or mushroom on sourdough

BackYardBetty · 27/04/2021 17:46

Nothing during the week. I don’t feel like it at all.

Weekends, when I don’t have to be up so early, I have eggs of some description with toast (and occasionally bacon) or porridge or Greek yoghurt with fruit, nuts & honey.

doubleshotespresso · 27/04/2021 17:48

@Mydogisagentleman

Coffee and cigs
Thank God I am not alone, cannot stomach food at all in the mornings
OldEvilOwl · 27/04/2021 17:50

Tea
and usually Marmite on toast

Or sometimes a porridge pot with a chopped banana/handful of pumpkin seeds, or yoghurt with muesli

If I'm in a hurry just a banana

MaidEdithofAragon · 27/04/2021 17:51

Hard boiled egg, pate on toast, or piece of chicken. Have to stay off the sweet stuff or I get a taste for it and I'll be on the biscuits all day.

BrownEyedGirl80 · 27/04/2021 17:51

Nothing then eggs at around 10am

Fluffycloudland77 · 27/04/2021 17:53

30-50g oats, made with water then usually blueberries or chopped dried fruit and banana mixed in.

On a not hungry day yoghurt with more blueberries and a spoon of raw oats with banana.

Two double shot lattes.
