The crusts from DD's marmite toast, usually.

By 9am I'll have had about 4 or 5 "industrial strength" coffees and a ciggy or two.

Sets me up for the morning meeting!!!

I make my own museli - bran, oats, nuts, seeds. Then drizzle a bit of apple juice on it and a few spoonfuls of full fat yoghurt. And a large glass of water.

Longley Farm cottage cheese (a.k.a. the best cottage cheese ever)
Absolutely agree!! Their yoghurts are the best ever as well!

In the week either 2 boiled eggs or 1 slice of brown toast avocado and 2 poached eggs. Weekends i like to do a breakfast wrap of 2 veggie sausage poached eggs mushrooms and tomatoes and plenty of chilli flakes

Nothing. If I eat breakfast I eat more over the course of the whole day. Regardless of how filling breakfast is.

misslomi · 29/04/2021 07:44

I wake up starving so I either have dippy eggs and soldiers or an English muffin with half an avo. Followed by natural yoghurt and frozen blueberries because I'm greedy.

Keeps me full till lunch though.

Weekends its normally scrambled eggs with roasted tomatoes and a couple of chipolatas. Maybe a fry up on a Sunday.

Jekere6 · 29/04/2021 07:48

I just eat stuff people could have for dinner too, so rice and veg, curries, soups, salads in summer etc for breakfast!

Isitreallyme77 · 29/04/2021 07:56

Cereal (either corn flakes, shredded wheat, sultana bran or weetabix), sometimes toast and marmalade or if I'm in the office a marmalade sandwich. On a Saturday, unless I'm go to the gym early(I will have cereal if I do) nothing until 11 then a pastry, if I go to the gym in the afternoon I tend to have bacon and poached eggs for lunch. Sunday is cereal as I go for a run early.

EventuallyDistracted · 29/04/2021 09:04

Marmite with eggs is a match made in heaven.

StandardPoodle · 29/04/2021 17:41

I make my own muesli - organic oats, raisins or sultanas, nuts and seeds, with full-fat Greek yoghourt and blueberries.
Then a slice of home-made spelt bread, toasted, with olive spread and home-made Seville orange marmalade.

Me too!

I have breakfast tacos consisting of refried beans, cheese, guacamole (avocado mixed with tomatoes, jalapeños, onions and garlic), and salad leaves in tortillas or potato, onion, jalapeño with chorizo wrapped in tortillas or some other kind of combination in a tortilla.

I also like eating a vegetarian pho or other soups for breakfast.

I'll sometimes have pancakes and bacon for dinner though. I feel more able to eat it at the end of the day.

Jekere6 · 29/04/2021 18:17

I recently got into tacos! I bought a bag of the masa harina on a total whim but I've been loving the refried beans and a good spicy kick in the mornings!

I'm glad I'm not the only one. I make a special trip, once a fortnight, to stock up on their yogurts and cottage cheese.

ShinySquirrel · 30/04/2021 11:12

I could wax lyrical all day about the glories of Longley Farm cottage cheese. I'm not keen on their natural yogurt as it's too thin and tangy for my taste (I am a 10% fat authentic Greek yogurt girl!) but the cottage cheese...
