The latest is that Meghan is accused of bullying staff. Harry and Meghan then responded that Buckingham Palace was using the Times to peddle false stories/a smear campaign. So presumably the "leak" comes from Buckingham Palace/the Queen.

It's all so childish. Why can't they all just be grateful for the extremely cushy life that they have!

I'll be watching the Oprah interview. I think the royals never come across well in these kind of things. Like Andrew's awful interview...he's just so out of touch with reality. And I think that's a characteristic that Harry unfortunately shares with him.

Do think the easiest option now is just to remove their titles or M and H to hand them back. So they are called Prince Harry and Mrs Markle and they can get on with what they want to do in LA and we can all forget about them here. It’s the titles that link them to the Royal Family in public and they’ve only had them since the wedding so not some long history. Prince Harry is obviously still a Prince as he was born one but he does not need to be a duke.

Meghan and Harry just need to let it go now and get on with their lives. It is really hypocritical for them to play the victim card whilst creaming off the British taxpayers. They say they are paying their own way but I believe we still pay for their security and Prince Ch gives them handouts. Harry's wealth is from his parents, it is not self-made and that money has come from lording it over the British people. They were given Frogmore cottage and estate to live in and had £3m renovation paid for by the British taxpayers who now have an increase of 61% using foodbanks and have trillions of debt around their necks.

Everyone has a different opinion on the subject but for me, Harry and Meghan are an utter, utter disgrace. I am not usually riled up by stuff like this but I will be out there over the next few days signing any petitions that emerge calling for them to lose all remaining privileges that they do not deserve.

They can’t ‘let it go’. This is the only card they have to play. Why else would anyone be interested in them? What else could they do to make money and keep their profile high?

If they can make good tv shows and podcasts they’ll be successful in LA , if they can’t, they won’t , like everyone else

Yet has no qualms about the queen laughing and joking unveiling statues, lecturing us on Covid, issuing statements stripping H&M of patronages etc. all the while PP is hospital. She is very much getting on with it.

If they really wanted privacy, they could get it. When they went to Canada, they were initially pursued but then people lost interest and we didn't hear from them and lost interest. If they didn't engage with the press and bought some ranch in the middle of nowhere and went grey rock for 6 months everyone would lose interest. They would end up having to suck up being snapped buying a pretzel somewhere and that would be it.

I've no opinion on H & M in particular. I also completely understand them moving away and wanting a more private life. What I don't understand is why then, rather than having a more private life, they're courting more publicity than ... well anyone. Weird.

They don't want privacy. They want to make money.

Like Holyrood for example, used only 1 week a year.

the timing of these allegations is very suspect. obviously no one on here knows if they are true or not. but surely if there was any truth in it, the allegations would have been looked into at the time and if not, why not?

surely these allegations reflect very badly if true not only on Meghan but the royal family. it makes me wonder how badly royal family staff are treated.

They never said any such thing. Piers Morgan, Camilla Tominey and the rest of the circus keep repairing it because they want a stick to bit them with. And it's tired.

H&M clearly stated that they will be working with objective international press as well as smaller indie media. They then banned the 4 tabloids that they clearly named.................

I think it is all bollocks, personally, never believe the tittle tattle rumours unless/until it definitely comes out later on. Then it is never quite as as originally indicated.

The whole thing is completely mad and out of hand. Obviously I don't know them but I was like most people delighted to see Harrry settling down with his own family as he so obviously desperately wanted . He looked so happy and I can't believe in less than 3years it has gone so disastrously wrong. Nothing is ever black and white of course and no doubt mistakes have been made on both sides but one thing i do think is that the latest clip accusing The Firm of lying about events is a massive mistake and Meghan has shot them both in the foot here. She has let the genie well and truly out of the bottle and there will be no going back now.
Maybe that suits them but with no family support on Meghans side ( except her mother ) they are now completely alienated from both families and v isolated .

It’s called Being The Queen . She has to speak to Leaders of other countries , organisations etc as part of her normal duties . Of course she is going to be upbeat !
She didn’t lecture us about Covid , she ( rightly) encouraged people to have the vaccine .
And she would be heavily criticised if she was allowed to visit PP while other families are not able to .

There are many reports of the Royal Family mistreating their staff. It needs to stop. Yet again a post where doubt is placed on reports of Meghan's poor behaviour. Yes Serenster it is exhausting.

The difference is that other members of the royal family focus on their charities and championing good causes. They don’t visit homeless shelters, and complain about their own lives.

I feel entirely comfortable with Holyrood only being used by the Queen rarely. At other times it is a major tourist attraction/used to host dinners etc. Why don’t you pay it a visit?

After this Oprah interview, I do wonder what will be next . Once they have told “ their truth” what else is there to say ?

The whole point is that she did not stop carrying on, and neither should H&M be expected to.

I see no evidence of bullying except towards Meghan. The hoops posters are jumping through to make out perfectly normal behaviour all the royals do is "bullying"!

These posts make me laugh. Because you see no evidence (why on earth would you), it means it didn't happen.

Do your job "luv" and be professional, highlight the cause you were there to do and dont bring your own sob story into it. (That was all that was required and she couldn't even do the job without making it all about her)

Not sure if anyone has read the 'Survivors Club' piece in the DM. Actually brings back my own experiences of bullying by a manager at work. It truly is a horrendous thing to go through.

I remember with my bully, my heart would literally start pounding when I saw her name come up on the phone as it was ringing. Crying in the toilets, crying on the walk home. She humiliated me in public. It was the worst time of my life. I ended up hospitalised for a serious injury and was actually relieved as it meant that I didn't have to go to work for a while. I was young and inexperienced she was very senior.

One thing I have noticed in common with these types of bullies is that they are typically awful to deal with on a daily basis, you are literally walking on eggshells all the time - then every now and then there will be a grand gesture. A nightmare all week but then on Friday buying pizza for the entire office or some such and turning on the charm as if nothing had happened. It is as though they think that makes up for all the shit. What a great person buying the office pizza.

If these allegations are correct (and to be honest the pattern of behaviour described sounds incredibly familiar to me) then it needs to be exposed.
