Help with stupidly hard quiz

Each year my work does a stupidly hard quiz. There are many stages and we get a month to try and do it.

Anyone help me with this stage? there are 21 pictures of celebrities and I've managed to work out who they all are but now I'm stuck on working out the password to the next stage. Each picture has a coloured Roman numeral in it so I assume I have to use those to work out the answer...

These look like acronyms to me, are they song lyrics maybe? With timestamps of where the line appears in the track?

Or TV shows? Some of the timestamps are like 12 minutes which would really narrow down the list of songs!

The instructions are pretty much...there are no instructions. Working out what you have to do is part of the "fun"

It feels like the three dots for the other one (Apathy) should be ‘I don’t care’ but I can’t get any thing that fits that.

There's I don't want To Talk About It. But that's listed under R unless someone else covered it?
