Help with stupidly hard quiz

Each year my work does a stupidly hard quiz. There are many stages and we get a month to try and do it.

Anyone help me with this stage? there are 21 pictures of celebrities and I've managed to work out who they all are but now I'm stuck on working out the password to the next stage. Each picture has a coloured Roman numeral in it so I assume I have to use those to work out the answer...

I think they're going to be a mixture of films. The first one has at least Inside Out, and Maudie (?) I think.

The film description are trying too hard to be clever. "A Quiet Plaice" for example, or "Toys Tory"

I might be making it too difficult, I'll have look at a few more!

The wordplay for the first one seems lead to inside Gout.

I think this is like one of the rounds from House of Games where you change / add a letter to a title to fit the description?
Eg. first one the film is Inside Out, the 'inflammatory arthritis' is gout and so the answer is 'Inside Gout'?

Ah I think theyre all puns - maybe change one letter?
