Help with stupidly hard quiz

Each year my work does a stupidly hard quiz. There are many stages and we get a month to try and do it.

Anyone help me with this stage? there are 21 pictures of celebrities and I've managed to work out who they all are but now I'm stuck on working out the password to the next stage. Each picture has a coloured Roman numeral in it so I assume I have to use those to work out the answer...

Instructions: CHRONOLOGICAL CALCULATIONS.

In this puzzle you need to complete a series of sums. There are multiple steps within each sum and you should calculate each step individually; for example 8 + 3 x 3 would equal 30 (10 x 3), not 14 which is the answer a calculator will produce if you calculate the steps together (8 + 6).

When you have an answer to each sum, add them together to get the password for stage 6.

What is the writing by the tick?

It says "it won't let you down" so that one must be Sure (not Nike like I put)

The card game might be Patience rather than another Solitaire. Although I'm not sure what category that would be in.

What category coils "sure " be from? I don't think there was a Bond girl called Deoderant. 😂

Soup Dragon yes, it is patience. I think my mum always used to call that game solitaire which is why I put it!
