Help with stupidly hard quiz

Each year my work does a stupidly hard quiz. There are many stages and we get a month to try and do it.

Anyone help me with this stage? there are 21 pictures of celebrities and I've managed to work out who they all are but now I'm stuck on working out the password to the next stage. Each picture has a coloured Roman numeral in it so I assume I have to use those to work out the answer...

At least one of the Owens is probably Michael Owen.

Choux I started out looking at syllables then land borders before I struck "the back of the net" so to speak 😂

minou the tattoo is quite distinctive, I googled Heavyweight Boxers with a chest tattoo and Cain appeared.

the other Owen could be Owen Hargreaves?

How do we get the letters for Theo Walcott? Not sure I see that.

The pictures represent surnames of the other footballers in that sequence.

Just one more thing bugging me. Who does the co ordinations on the first box represent?

I can't read the title of the puzzle, does it say Magic number 14? As Walcott usually plays in a 14 shirt, so it does seem like the answer is Walcott.

It says Magic Number (4 7) which are the number of letters in his name.

Should there be another picture for the last of the meta puzzles?

I've only just now been able to see two pots of pictures constituting the meta quiz headed ?(9)

Unless I'm missing lots of individual posts it would seem that no one has attempted that one.
It was presented just before PPs got stuck into the football/hat trick one.

I did manage to see it on the app but thought there was a picture clue missing from one side.

I couldn't identify any of the pictures though.
