Corbyn to Johnson, both dreadful in different ways, so I voted for another party because the candidate in our constituency seemed like the best option. In a two horse race, you vote for the one you think is best, or if you don't rate either of them, the least bad one.

That's not how a democracy works. The electorate's job is to pick the best candidate, or the least worst one, if there's nobody great. If we all refused to vote until the ideal candidate came forward, everything would fall apart. Hilary Clinton was far from an ideal candidate, Joe Biden is in my view (as a non-American) even less ideal, but neither of them is in the same league of awfulness as Donald Trump. So if I had a vote, I'd have to use it to vote for the non-Trump candidate. Not voting makes it more likely that he wins.

Channel 4 News exposed this week how Trump's campaign team worked with Cambridge Analytica in 2016 to identify individual voters in key areas whose social media profiles indicated they might vote for Clinton but had strong views about various areas where the Trump campaign had anti-Clinton propaganda videos and fake news stories ready to post on Facebook, targeting each to precisely the voters who would most be deterred by it. The vote from African Americans in particular in many of those key areas plummeted, letting Trump through. Several of those voters were shown their individual entry in the Cambridge Analytica database and were visibly shocked. Those who didn't vote for Clinton were now bitterly regretting that decision.

Thats what i said! the FBI found nothing of note but it may have affected the result, she did after all, win the popular vote, so not that hated.
Most of what has been put out about the Clintons has Republican smear written all over it, much like our press did with Corbyn and "terrorist sympathiser" a term not used until Cameron coined it in the mid 2000's
