At today's briefing, definitely not himself.

@TSSDNCOP

It's ok, we have Premier League footballers advising him now. It's only a matter of time before I get the call to sit on his advisory body.

I can see the thread now "I am on the PM's advisory body AMA"

Snigger
Cailleach1 · 16/06/2020 20:39

Nothing he does ever seems to be done properly. Always a whiff surrounding it, too. However, he does now appear to be more slack jawed and open mouthed than ever as he mumbles for what seems like an age, only to eventually deliver a pitiful 'benvenuti tutti'.

peppapigisscottish · 16/06/2020 20:39

I give a shit simply because whoever we have as Prime Minister should be well enough to do the job.

There is that. Other than that then I don't give a shit.

Sunnydays123456 · 16/06/2020 20:39

I think he looks like he’s lost weight

Isn’t he on a health kick after Covid as said he said ‘don’t be a fattie in your 50s’?

Me neither.

As if Boris is getting up doing night feeds, are you lot serious 😅

maudspellbody · 16/06/2020 20:42

Sky subtitle bod obviously doesn't think much of him...

He does look like he's lost weight. Obviously he said he's trying to, but also I don't suppose he ate very much in late March- early April. Apparently severe coronavirus is a bit of an appetite suppressant.

GimmeAy · 16/06/2020 20:44

Because of him, I don't watch the news anymore. I'm looking a bit pale faced myself and to be frank, couldn't give two shiny shites how Boris is - much like he couldn't give two shiny shites how I am. Hope that helps your discussion.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 16/06/2020 20:51

Poor man????????????????????????????????????????????????

Are you for real?!

I have precisely zero sympathy for him.

He's helped the country to the international laughing stock it currently is; he's lied and cheated and shammed his way into a job that he only wanted for the name and not for the need to actually do any work; he's handled the Coronavirus crisis as well as a toddler with a colander full of toy soldiers and a few turnips might handle it; he's a misogynist, a racist, and really not very intelligent. He's got about as much clue and charisma as an impotent squid.

JudgeRindersMinder · 16/06/2020 20:51

@AllTheWhoresOfMalta

Oh no,I do hope he’s not suffering.
X10000000

I’m not one bit sorry. He thought all he had to do was swan in and get Brexit done” Then Covid happened

SusieOwl4 · 16/06/2020 20:51

There are some really nasty comments on here .

He can’t win , if he had his hair cut he would be in the wrong as well .

I also thought he looked tired and his voice was hoarse . But I would think dealing with Brexit and the virus must be really hard work for ANY politician,

We are in the middle of a world wide crisis , so much for pulling together. Every comment seems to be an excuse for snidy unnecessary comments .

Iloveknockknockjokes · 16/06/2020 20:53

40,000 mostly avoidable deaths....Richard Horton. I think the numbers are so big now it's very hard for anyone to take in. I really don't understand how we should be 'nice'.

Dita73 · 16/06/2020 20:54

He’s probably knackered, poor sod. He nearly died, got straight back to the worst job in the country and has a newborn

Maryann1975 · 16/06/2020 20:56

@TSSDNCOP you’ve made me really laugh, thank you Grin

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 16/06/2020 20:58

We're in the middle of a worldwide crisis that he and his bunch of incompetent little pillocks have made substantially worse than it needed to be.

Nasty comments? I think people have been extremely restrained so far, frankly.

Not the first time this has been said to you, but you need to stop berating people for failing to pull together when they say something about the Tories you don't like. If you think the comments are unnecessarily snide, fine, just say that. There'd be nothing to object to in your post then: I might disagree, but it's a good faith point at least. But don't dress it up in some all in it together let's get behind Boris bullshit.
tinytemper66 · 16/06/2020 21:00

Any one who has sympathy with a racist, misogynistic, philandering liar can fuck off!

Brefugee · 16/06/2020 21:00

Because Johnson is always the model of temperate language? I hope he's really suffering. I mean pain and everything. I don't want him to die and i don't want him to be able to just jack it in and walk away. I want him to really have sleepless nights and all the other shit that comes with knowing you have been given a job you are in no way qualified for and have zero aptitude for.

I want him to properly fucking suffer. And if people think that makes me a bad person, at least i'm not a misogynistic racist wanker.

GimmeAy · 16/06/2020 21:02

He's an incompetent fool with as much ability in his fat head as I have in my little toes.
He'll run the country into the ground.

My dad died from Covid 3 weeks ago today. He had to live in a care home, you know, where they punted people from hospitals without testing them. I feel justified in enjoying any and every iota of suffering Johnson appears to be having. He has my father’s blood on his hands.
category12 · 16/06/2020 21:03

I would eat my own hat, no, I would eat this hat if Boris does night wakings with the baby. Really, people? Are you bonkers?

Boris looks ill
mondaynoon · 16/06/2020 21:04

I was amazed when he said he'd only heard about the free school meals campaign today. I wrote to my MP about this at the weekend and received a reply from my MP yesterday. There has been so much publicity about it and it has been trending on Twitter for the last few days.

He must be so out of touch with public feeling. It is because of ill health maybe he needs to step down so that someone more capable can take over.

isadoradancing123 · 16/06/2020 21:08

Some people are funny......cooped up in a flat, yeah right, sounds oike he is in a high rise with broken lift

Pogmella · 16/06/2020 21:09

@mondaynoon I imagine at Boris’ school they did lovely school dinners and he never had to hand over cash for them...
