I've taken heart from another thread about a village/town where business are putting up 'go away' type signs. One poster has said she's so fed up of seeing nasty signs when she's out walking, that she's made some nice stickers to put over the top of them. Anti-dementoring in action!

Another Twitter rant I'm afraid but I can't handle the millions of posts frothing about the conga line and social distanced street party BBC showed.

If you look at the shadows it's clear the people are standing apart but the perspective makes them look closer. It's as though the world has turned into one big Daily Mail comment section.

I hate organised fun personally but the number of people saying there will be a surge in cases as a result of the conga line has made me eye roll into oblivion.

My boy dog is my patronus. His tried and tested way of introducing himself to a stranger is to race up and stick his snout into their arse crack. He is the complete antithesis to social distancing Grin

I've just been on the "Fucking Barbecues" thread in AIBU. It is a barbecue dementor's paradise. Someone has even said that they won't be having one because barbecue briquettes are not an essential purchase.

Can I just say @Jourdain11 that your attitude is most refreshing. Lots of people round me are "shielding" for extremely minor reasons and complaining that they can't get access to their esoteric dietary requirements and explain on every thread that they're VULNERABLE so can't leave the house...
