Cod fillet fish finger sandwich with tartare sauce and cucumber. I am eating things DD has gone off!! The bread had just come out of my bread maker and was a little bit warm.

Homemade chilli from the freezer and rice.

I've had a rubbish time with food lately, either just wanting to comfort eat non-stop, or not wanting to eat at all, but I've tried to make an effort today. I've had:

  • Greek yogurt with raspberries
  • Some fruit salad, a boiled egg, and two ryvitas with a slice of ham
  • Oven baked salmon fillet, a few boiled potatoes and steamed asparagus
  • Three glasses of white wine
  • A low fat "mocha" and two crackers

Yoghurt with a teaspoon of peanut butter
Omelette with cheese and mushroom
Salmon salad
Banana
An orange Club
A few cups of de caff tea/coffee with skim milk.

V disappointed with this weeks weigh in so trying to eat less refined carbs and stay within my calorie plan.

The club is my calorie counted daily treat and necessary to stop myself getting even more miserable about restricting every facet of life.

Breakfast- pancakes and maple syrup. Lots of black coffee
Lunch- white sourdough toast, tomato salsa and fried eggs. 1x pink gin and tonic
2 apples
Dinner- venison sausages in a spicy tomato sauce, roasted baby jersey royals, broccoli
Dessert- raspberry cheesecake
A few glass of cava

The most amazing breakfast of:

Sourdough topped with haricot beans, avocado, tomato, basil, and truffle oil topped with a poached egg.

2 dark chocolate digestives

Left over stir fry for lunch

Homemade burgers and a couple of sweet potato wedges and salad!

I'm 31 weeks pregnant so eating slightly different to what I would pre pregnancy!

Breakfast- porridge with raisins and raspberries

Lunch- quorn ham & cucumber pitta, few crisps, mini cheese thing, carrot and pepper sticks with hummus

Snack- yogurt with banana and peanut butter

Dinner- vegetable quiche, mashed potato and veggies

Ooh good thread! I'm breastfeeding a 5 month old with ezcema so am doing dairy/soya/egg/peanut free to see if it helps.

Breakfast: Home made oat milk pancakes x 2 with strawberries, blueberries and banana. Oat milk Nespresso latte.

Snacks: Deliciously Ella peanut butter cup. Pack of popcorn. Glass of innocent smoothie (the red one).

Lunch: Bagel with smashed avocado and lemon. Carrot sticks.

Snacks: Salted popcorn, tea with oat milk, --far too much vegan Nomo milk chocolate

Dinner: Veggie soup, brown bread, hummus. Blackcurrant squash.

Hot cross bun with TONS of butter
2 poached eggs on wholemeal toast
1 mashed up avocado
1 banana
Thai green chicken curry and rice with naan bread
Shit load of laffy taffy sweets
Slice of homemade cake

Plan to have another hot cross bun when ds has gone to bed...!

I’m trying to eat a bit more healthily and do a bit more exercise but it’s very hit and miss!

Everything!

Breakfast: 2xchocolate rice cakes with peanut butter and Nutella and a coffee

Lunch: mini pizza and 1/2 a bag of fizzy sweets that have burnt my tongue they were so sour

Tea: quiche, salad and pasta salad

Snack: crisps, 1/2 an Easter egg and a can of fizzy juice.

Basic today as I'm corona-ed.

2 pancakes with lemon and sugar.

1 pear and 1 apple.

1 cup of coffee and one cup of tea, plus water.

Fishfingers and peas.
