I do 16/8 so don't have the standard 3 meals a day at the normal times.
Brunch: a pear and some pineapple, a big bowl of All Bran mixed with Granola and oat milk
General snacking in the afternoon included: crackers and cheese, Easter egg chocolate (quite a lot), some hula hoops and a chocolate digestive.
Dinner: fillet of sea bream with a hearty salad (tomato, lettuce cucumber and included egg and nuts to make it more filling)

IHaveBrilloHair · 20/04/2020 20:43

New to the thread.
I've had lentil and veg soup with dumplings and grated cheese.
Then tinned mandarins with Greek yoghurt.
Considering some plain breadsticks, I know that sounds boring but I love them.

A medium-sized Aero Easter egg. I started it at about 1am (part way through a night shift, I did not randomly wake up at 1am and start eating it) and have almost finished it. Also:
9.30am slice of toast buttered
2pm slice of toast with mushrooms and goats cheese on, 2 choc hobnobs dipped in tea
6pm pasta in cheese sauce
