Leek and potato soup with sourdough (all home made)

Also ran 5 miles and did some yoga.

B - Cinnamon-raisin bagel with cream cheese and honey. Coffee.
L - Pâte on slice of homemade baguette. Cornichons.
D - Roast chicken with leeks and mushrooms. Green beans. Wine. More wine.

L - open cheese salad sandwich with a side of coleslaw

I've also had a cup of coffee and other soft drinks like Vimto and Pepsi Max

Meals:
B: Pancakes and strawberries, sugar free red bull
D: Homemade vegetable soup with 2 slices of bread and butter
T: Tofu, sweet potato and vegetable curry with rice
Snacks - glass of red wine, a fibre one bar, an apple and some cheese slices

That's a rather healthy day for me! It's not usually so full of fruit and vegetables

B - Greek yogurt, fruit & walnuts, coffee
L - tuna wrap and salad, a peach, more coffee
Few bites of chocolate and a dark chocolate biscuit
D - penne pasta with homemade tomato sauce, and some very spicy sausages from the butcher
I will probably have a glass of red wine soon, and cheese & biscuits

breakfast... one satsuma and 2 cups of tea.

Lunch... home made red pepper soup with one slice of bread

Dinner... tuna steak with celariac chips and some frozen mixed veg

Snacks... 3 olives and one dutch crispbake

Drinks... a whole bottle of pinot grig!

L- Greggs sausage roll (Iceland frozen range is my current vice!)
S- Veggie straw crisps
D- Grilled venison burger in a seeded flatbread with salad
S- Greek yoghurt with chopped up apple and cinnamon, 5 mini eggs

L - Tea, 2 Crackers with cheese and beetroot/2 Crackers with Philadelphia and tomato
D - Pork Roast, Honey Glazed parsnips, cauliflower cheese, peas, sweetcorn, Yorkshire pudding

Other drinks - Squash/Rose wine with dinner

Coffee for breakfast, plus two bites of pancake that DS didn't want.

Lunch, two small ham salad rolls.

Mid-afternoon, tiny cupcake topped with dark chocolate and a half walnut (leftover from a baking session with the DC yesterday - they got to top their own so they looked like a sweet shop had exploded on them; I was more restrained Smile)

Dinner was a lamb curry with some spinach and daal on the side, plus a glass of wine. Was very nice.

Wholemeal bread roll with smoked salmon,
Half a salad, slice of rye bread with chicken,
Other half of salad, slice of rye bread with two eggs. Considering that I haven't had bread in two weeks, there's been a lot of bread today. :)

Also cycled for 10 miles.
I'm trying to slowly lose some weight.

L: smoked salmon, cheese, pickles, cucumber, tomatoes, crackers, chutney

D: Homemade pork curry with mushrooms, onion, pepper, spinach. Naan bread, pakora
Warm cookie cake with cup of tea
Small glass red wine, a few pretzels

A few almonds and sultanas. A bit of ds2's Easter egg
Roast chicken, couscous with green beans, olives, feta and tomatoes, homemade coleslaw, salad
Raspberry and pear crumble and custard
Half a slice of DH's first ever sourdough loaf, straight out of the oven with butter and a sprinkle of sea salt.
Loads of tea and coffee, 1 glass of red wine, not enough water.

Today was a total IDGAF day:

B: about 15 mini eggs and a black coffee
L: 2 small sausage, egg and cheese breakfast muffins, kombucha
D: fried chicken sandwich and salad

Spent all day up and down ladders doing DIY. This definitely is not a normal food day for me.

Kiwi fruit and some cubes of manchego cheese.
Ryvita with some ham and couple of olives
Chicken saag (Aldi Slimwell) with broccoli, raspberries.

Coffee, diet coke and water with vit c effervescent tab dropped in. Few mouthfuls of DH's beer.
I didn't run 5 miles.
Fantastic. I thought I'd been quite good but the rest of you are showing me that I can do better. I'm up for that.
