2 potato cakes with spread
Beans on toast
3 Percy pigs
Leek and potato soup with sourdough (all home made)

Also ran 5 miles and did some yoga.

B: protein weetabix x 2 with blueberries, almond milk
L: cheese, spinach and pepper omelette and salad, packet of quavers, apple
D: chicken and sweet potato curry, tenderstem broccoli on the side
Snacks: fab ice lolly, hard boiled egg, quinoa ryvita and butter, low fat yoghurt, few squares of dark chocolate (spread through the day, not all at the same time!)

Ham and cottage cheese salad
Sausages with green beans and kale with a bit of mayo.

2 coffees, 2 teas, 2 diet cokes, 1 glass vimto. Pretty shocking lack of water.

I'm doing a weird high protein diet and I'm also doing IF so only eat twice a day. Am seeing good results :)

Breakfast - High protein cheese with BBQ sauce dip, grapes, chocolate peanut powder (80% less fat than normal PB)

Dinner - homemade stir fry with Alt Beef pieces- highly recommend these if you are vegetarian or vegan- mangetout, spring onion and rice. Protein bar for pudding

B - 2 poached eggs and 2 quinoa ryvita, butter
L - wholemeal pitta bread with baby spinach salad and feta, quavers and half an apple (food shop due so shared with DS, I would usually have a whole!)
D - bacon, pea and onion risotto, sprinkling of Parmesan
S - fab ice lolly, hard boiled egg, quinoa ryvita and butter, few squares of dark choc

Cocoa pops for breakfast.
Lots of mugs of coffee.
Cornetto.
Toast with Primula, which may have poisoned me with botulism, apparently. I'd already eaten it before I got the email from Ocado, telling me to chuck it Shock
Seeing as I have a death wish, I'll be having the rest for breakfast Grin

I just checked on Primulas website, it says only tubes with the following 'best before' dates are affected;

150g Primula Cheese tubes, all flavours – BB 25.12.20 to BB 28.01.21

100g Primula Cheese tubes, all flavours – BB 30.10.20 to BB 10.12.20

Mine is one of these! Thanks for the heads up

B - greek yoghurt with honey & raspberries. Coffee.
L - roast chicken thigh with home-made potato wedges and grilled aubergine.
D - salad-y stuff - carrot, cucumber, tomatoes and red pepper with humous to dip, plus rice cakes.

S - peanut butter pop tarts!
