Also ran 5 miles and did some yoga.

1/2 senga strawberry yogurt with oat and seed granola and grapes.

Bowl of lentil and smoked bacon soup.

Some olives, Valencia almonds, mandarin, strawberries and red delicious apple.

Homemade chilli con carne with basmati rice.

Breakfast - one Low carb whole meal toast with bacon 😋

Lunch - 2 coffees with double cream and a cube of cheese

Dinner - a poussin with cauli-egg fried rice

Breakfast: the last of my vegan cheddar and homemade crusty loaf. Cup of tea Smile

Lunch: celery sticks and hummus with a handful of black olives. More tea Smile

Dinner: tofu and cabbage stir fry with crushed peanuts

Snack: home made chocolate milkshake Smile

Bedtime: TEA Smile

I made my husband a mango and banana smoothie for breakfast and then was jealous I didn't have that! I'll make one tomorrow!

B a left over beef enchilada from the night before blush
L sausage casserole, new potatoes and broccoli, 2 slices of homemade banana bread
D cheese and tomato sandwiches and salt and vinegar crisps.

B- few pieces of cold roast chicken, chunk of cheese, few grapes (random!)

L - sausage, chorizo and butternut squash risotto, twirl bar

D - enchiladas and peas, apple

L: baked potato topped with the cottage pie leftovers (no potato) grated mature cheddar , then coffee and victoria sponge with rhubarb cream

D: chicken in a creamy tomato sauce with pasta, parmesan and salad

Handful of liquorice allsorts

Glass of red wine

2 helpings of hamburger helper (Basically pasta and sauce mix) made with turkey mince, spinach and broccoli

Dinner will be steak and salad
Probably about 2000 cals in snacks/drinks after dinner Grin

Freshly squeezed orange juice and shreddies with whole milk for breakfast, salmon and cream cheese bagel, cherry toms, cucumber and a bag of skips for lunch, two homemade chocolate chip cookies for a snack leftover butternut squash for dinner and for afters a twirl and a bag of salt and vinegar McCoy's. Some white wine and chocolate baileys.

B: bowl of cornflakes, 2 small slices of toasted fruit loaf with butter, orange juice and coffee

L: a croissant filled with a small amount of creamy mushrooms and 2 grilled smoked bacon medallions, topped with grated mature cheddar and heated in the oven. It was absolutely delicious and a fantastic way to use up mushrooms on their last legs and 3 day old croissants

coffee, 3 cherry jaffa cakes

D: breaded haddock, steamed, buttered new potatoes and peas

B - A satsuma, a cream cracker with butter and 2 cups of tea.

L - Cheese and onion omlette, cup of tea and one square of dark chocolate.

Snack - cup of tea and oat cookie

D - no clue... probably something from the depths of the freezer.

B - three cream crackers with manuka honey.

L - two slices of jam on toast.

S - chocolate and fresh pineapple.

D - will be lasagne and broccoli to counter act ALL the sugar. Not sure if the sweet tooth is caused by lockdown or cutting back on booze. Don't normally have one!

Lunch- local foraged Alexander flower heads, carrot and courgette slices cooked in tempura better,some slices of cheese, an apple
Later: sweetcorn, some rice cakes, an apple

I’ve (ridiculously) started slim fast. It’s pretty rank tbh but I have a stubborn 7 pounds I can’t shift (could well be the gin however!).

We’re having stir fry tonight. Missing my spin class and cycling group terribly so needs must.
