2 potato cakes with spread
Beans on toast
3 Percy pigs
Leek and potato soup with sourdough (all home made)

Also ran 5 miles and did some yoga.

Today breakfast: two rashers bacon, some tinned tomatoes, small heel of buttered olive bread
Lunch: mixed salad with some dressing
Small baked potato cheese and butter,5 ryvitas with butter,.
Later: an apple with slices of cheese
cafetiere of coffee, water

Breakfast: Greek yogurt with blueberries
Lunch: Two boiled eggs, a slice of rye bread, and carrot sticks
Snacks: Ten almonds, a couple of dates and an apple
Dinner will be: chili con carne with wholegrain rice
Drinks include two teas with semi-skimmed milk

Breakfast= bacon sandwich. Coffee

Lunch = beans and cheese on toast. Apple, Orange. Diet cola

Dinner later will be peri peri chicken, chive mash and green beans, baby corn. A glass of white wine more than likely too

Brunch: some pineapple, an apple and cheese and onion toasty
Snacks: half slice of bread with butter and cheese, hula hoops, couple of squares of chocolate.
Dinner: vegetarian lasagne, kale roasted in oven, steamed asparagus, leek and spinach.

I've been fancying a hot chocolate all day so going to have one once the kids are asleep and head to bed.

Breakfast: small glass of orange juice, 2 cups of tea
Lunch: pasta bolognese, apple, water
Afternoon: half a banana, 2 small glasses of milk, cup of tea
Dinner: Lamb tagine with butternut squash, carrots, sultanas and couscous, water
Evening: dark chocolate, more tea

I have eaten badly today!
2 weetabix with oat milk
Slice of toast with butter and marmite
Quarter of an Easter egg
Flatbread with beef and gherkins
Handful of naked crisps
Kitkat chunky
2 breadsticks
Cuban beef, rice, sweetcorn and a poached egg
A banana

Basically no veg other than the pepper, onion and tomato in with the beef Blush

I’ve drunk 4 cups of tea (2 decaf), a coffee (decaf) and 1.5 pints water. I was tired anyway (teething baby up 5 times and 4 year old up once having wet the bed last night) but although I crave all the carbs when I’m tired I should know by now it just makes me more sluggish

Mug of coffee

L: Round of cheese on toast, bag of Lentil curls and satsuma.
2 glasses of water

D: Roasted chicken breast, salad and coleslaw, baked tomatoes and mushrooms, few new potatoes.
Big mug of builder's tea.

Snack later: small slice of homemade fruit loaf, mug of Options choc.

Big water bottle on the go all day.

my diet has been shocking today. SHOCKING!!

2 x coffee and a fag for breakfast
2 x white thick slice toast with butter (quite a lot of butter) for lunch
2 x glasses of weak apple squash before 1.00pm
1 x homemade flapjack at about 3.30
water
pasta and homemade meatballs at 6.30
water

no veg, no fruit. today I needed to eat rubbish, and I clearly did!

Back calorie (macro) counting and exercising properly.

  • 45 minute lower body strength IG Live session
-- strawberrries and a coconut revolution chocolate pot
  • 5km walk
-- large salad, toasted bagel thin, hummus and chicken thighs
  • 2 homemade banana muffins
  • 30 minute Peloton ride
-- baked salmon, asparagus and wedges with sweet chilli and aioli.

Have 430 calories left still so might have another muffin and a yogurt

L: southern fried chicken wrap with onion and garlic dip and salad
D: coconut and tomatoes dhal with herby sausages.
S: 2 rice cakes with hummus, a Cadbury’s cream egg a bit of disgusting fudge that I made - it was a failure.
I had a vodka and coke when the DC went to bed and will have another in a minute.
