Would you tell me your favourite cocktail please?

I'm creating a new cocktail list for where I work - for when we reopen, and I'd like some opinions on what you expect to see on a cocktail menu, and what your favourite cocktail is.
Normally I'd ask customers but we don't have any of those so I'm hoping Mumsnet can help with some suggestions!
If you were staying in a small hotel, or attending a function/going out for drinks or dinner somewhere, what would you expect to see on a cocktail menu, and what would you be likely to order and drink?

I do like creamy ones as well. One of the bars when I was at university did a strawberries and cream one which was amazing!

Pornstar martini is my go to!
If not a strawberry/mango/peach daiquiri
Quite partial to a Bellini or any Prosecco/fizz cocktail.
Have a look at slug & lettuce or be at one cocktail menus - S&L do a pink gin, Prosecco and lemonade cocktail (in a gin glass) with strawberries.

Salty Dog - tall glass, crushed ice, Grey Goose vodka, grapefruit juice, salt round the rim like a Margarita. So refreshing! Richard Burton used to drink them & he knew a thing or two about booze.
Sadly I now take a medication that means I can't have grapefruit anymore...

Negroni, Old Fashioned, properly mixed martinis and their variants (attention to detail!), Kir/ Kir Royale plus other variant liqueurs, creme de mur etc.

Moscow Mule in copper mugs, Black Velvet in a silver tankard, Your own house version of a summer cup (ie Pimms but mix your own base, loads of recipes on line), Proper Bloody Mary mixed to order... I could go on

I run my own bar and also consultant for Diageo - here are the top selling cocktails in the UK:

Margarita is my absolute favourite all time cocktail, it has to be a proper one made with tequila, triple sec or Cointreau and lime juice though, not tequila and margarita mix.

Love an espresso martini.
I also like it when places have a local gin in a cocktail or just a g&t with a twist like elderflower or such like.

I'm a fan of creamy cocktails (I've a massive sweet tooth). I can't remember what it's called but my favourite is vodka, Kahlua and single cream. Similar to a White Russian.

I also love pina coladas and porn star martinis.

Peach bellini. Fabulous on a hot summer's day and you can do other fruit like strawberry and raspberry.

I love a brandy Alexander. And a New York tart (have successfully recreated these at home now).
I like creamy ones, sour ones, sharp ones, I’m not really fussy but there are a few ingredients I don’t like the flavour of and will always steer clear of anything with coffee, rhubarb and elderflower.
Not a massive fan of gin (mainly because of the tonic) but will drink it in a cocktail.

My favourite cocktail is a bay breeze. I'd love a creamy one on the menu too.

As a preference I like my bay breeze made with coconut rum rather than vodka, with the cranberry juice and pineapple juice.

Oooh a White Russian or an Espresso Martini.

Another one I used to love but haven't had in a while is a screaming orgasm - that's a cream based one if I remember correctly.

My favourite is a Singapore Sling. You don't see it very often and it is a shame it's bloody lovely. First had it on a flight to Singapore and I assume it was a mix but was delicious nonetheless.

Thank you, I've done some research online and have some of the most popular on the 'current' menu, but they weren't as popular as I expected them to be. I'd like some classics on there but also something different, but essentially what sells is the main objective.

I wish I could get the ingredients together to try them out myself at the moment 😜 all the stock is at work and I'm at home 🤣 soon as we're allowed to reopen I'll give you a shout! Normally try out new ideas on willing victims and staff that are at the bar!
