@Milomonster I have a friend who lives in a huge Scottish estate he mainly takes photos of his grounds and wine collection I live in a tiny new build terrace by comparison!

He also lights it mainly by candle lights probably because it’s cheaper.

I would go with this one. I think it has a lot of potential to be modernised, and dd could still stay at the same school. I'm all about being practical with my million 😂
