I don't know whether I'd buy either of these, but they've recently been advertised for sale and are across the road from my house. They'd both formerly been owned by a private school which has since closed. Right in the city centre, next to beautiful parks, but I think I'd want more garden for the money. I absolutely adore the Northumbrian houses already posted, especially those in Alnwick and Morpeth.

Pony - Wow! That house is fabulous. Whoever put the interior together is very talented indeed. I'm personally not mad on the bathrooms but thats just personal preference. The neighbours are just a bit too close aswell.
