For me, it's putting people at ease.

I've not got the best self esteem but by goodness I'm authentic.

What are you good at - even if you'd never let on!

I'm good at being busy. The busier I am the happier I feel and the less things I get wrong.

I'm also good at putting people at ease and drawing them out of themselves. When I used to get the bus more often I'd often end up listening to the life story of whoever sat next to me. More than once they've thanked me for listening and said I've made their day. However I have a close circle of proper close friends so these exchanges are usually transient and one offs.

Beef stew and terrible puns. Truly my only two gifts in life.

Polyfilla. I am on fire with a filling knife and a tube of polyfilla. No one fills cracks and cavities like I do

Teaching myself to play musical instruments.
Breaking tension with humour.

I am good at birds - identifying them be sight and by the sounds : songs

Tetris packing, so much so that I get called to do it for people who know me.

Teenagers like talking to me, according to them I listen without judging (usually I'm just letting them vent with the occasional nod).

I can grasp the gist of what is being said in another language once I've learned a few basic words. Works better for Asian languages but getting there with Scandi languages. I'm basically good at guessing 😁

Stopping nosebleeds. My DS had them all the time and even the particularly nasty ones I can stop in an instant. I also work with children so it comes in very handy. I am also amazing at getting rid of hiccups or so I'm told.

Internet stalking and public speaking.

Teaching. I’m not a teacher, I’m a nurse but I’m very good with students and newly qualified staff. I love teaching!

Making others feel good about themselves, being kind and complimentary. And parking.

Cooking, particularly random things and new recipes. I can just look at a pile of random stuff and turn it into something tasty & usually healthy. Also bake a lot of very nice cakes. There's a reason I'm chubby!

Also very good at persuading people to do things (DH & cunnilingus usually)

I know it’s subjective but I think I have excellent taste in art, and particularly choosing the right frames/mats for art. I have a couple of gallery walls in my house and they’re exquisitely well put together!

I can scan a screen or page and get relevant information quicker than most people I know. On the other hand I still can't master left and right.

I am very good also at finding stuff out - Sherlock Holmes style

Listening (this can be a problem actually like when you suddenly find yourself in a deep conversation with your boss about their personal problems that they clearly didn't mean to tell you)

Apparently I'm good at putting people in a good mood. Recently I've had lots of comments like "I was going to cancel but realised you'd cheer me up". Even my beautician said whenever she remembers I'm coming in she knows it's going to be a good day.

Knowing exactly what everyone in my household needs or wants before they realise.

Cak, crafting, fixing things and reading people plus also troubleshooting businesses. Wide and varied!!!

Job interviews! Apart from a couple of interviews decades ago, I always get the job (doesn’t mean I’m good at the job 😂)

I’m very good at welding - especially twensy weensy stuff. Really good, very neat and accurate. I can also hand polish metal to a very smooth finish.

I am a bit obsessive about such things and can spend days finishing off a piece.
