For me, it's putting people at ease.

Singing, I'm really good.

Doing impressions and accents. I can do a few good ones. My favourite is Nessa from Gavin & Stacey as it's easy to come up with Nessa-isms!

I’m really, really good at explaining difficult queries about incorrect tax codes, in year adjustments and underpayments to my customers.
