Do you remember the names of everyone you have slept with?

.Randomly thinking about this last night and it occurred to me that I can’t remember the name of one of the men that I have had sex with.

I can picture him clearly but for the life of me can’t remember his name. It was a brief drunken holiday fling so no way of finding it out either.

It doesn’t really bother me, just surprised that I can’t recall his name.

Just wondered if it was normal?

@shelby That's interesting. How long have you been married? If you dont mind me asking. Only a huge part of me wishes I had just kept that for my husband.

I find now that I'm married I could kick myself that didn't have more knowledge or education on sex. Wish i respected myself more, meaning I just put out for the sake of it rather than actually enjoying it and understanding what I should accept/like/wanted; If that makes sense! (I'm not saying people who have many sexual partners don't respect themselves) Im expressing my own personal reflection and experiences.

I've had alot also don't mind the names.

Actually the one I didn't sleep with keeps in touch, the odd phone call from time to time. I did bump into an old flame, realised I spect with him in my teens, my twenties and in my thirties (he was the one that kept getting away); we met up again before I entered my fifties, I was tempted (light-hearted) but we were both happily married, we had lunch and laugh and moved back on with our lives. Arr sweet memories.

Yep. 13 of them, not sure I could recall all their surnames though. I like to think my DP is my lucky 13 and he will be my last!

Oh I just remembered an important one, lovely fella, we were shit hot in bed, but aside from the odd time one or other was always with someone else.
I shall now call him the one that got away (also called dave)

Yes but only because I've only ever slept with one person. I don't see anything wrong though with not remembering? As long as you were safe (and it was fun? :)

I tried to count how many I slept with, a long time ago, but the list was -

'Red top guy', 'pierced guy', 'guy who's mum I worked with' etc. Then it got to the point where I just couldn't be arsed. I was very free spirited for quite some time, then got a little collection of fuck buddies so I always had a shag without bumping up my numbers

I don't think I could remember them all now even by nickname/situation but I've been in a relationship for 25y so I will let myself off.

Could you list all the names of the people in your class at the end of primary school? Or even in your gcse year? My memory is so poor for names!

Nearly all of them. It’s not been that many (12, I think?), but I tried to count them up a few years ago and ended up obviously missing a couple!

I think so. I'm over 50 though and I've had fun. Only regret what I didn't do.

Not in the slightest. My uni years were filled with men who I knew only "maths guy", "green T-shirt boy", "beardy beard face" etc etc. Names weren't important

Yes. Just about. There have been 6 and I keep forgetting the name of one of them, probably because he's become known as "the nipple twiddler" (as he twiddled his own). I can remember his name if I think about it though.

Nope, used to be able to but can only confidently name the first three and the last one. The middle three are a mystery!
