Appalling dialogue and acting

Ignore the above ^ it has not just started, there was a blip in my tv guide (no wonder I thought it was going to be good, with so much action going on at the start of the film - it was because it was nearing the end lol)

Just started watching Christmas Inheritance on Netflix if anyone fancies a different crap film? It features Andie MacDowell who delivered one of the worst lines in movie history in Four Weddings and a Funeral. My excuse is that I'm doing some work in front of it so not really watching 🤣

I can see, I'll have to risk the Irishman......Possibly dying, half way through.....

The worst one I've seen lately was 'Victoria and Abdul' on Netflix. It was painfully shit. I tried that's, watched about 3/4 of it, but one of those where even having invested that much time I just couldn't take any more. It was tripe.

Ok, I’ve finished A Simple Favour. The acting was shite, the script awful, and the plot woeful, but it’s not the worst thing I’ve ever seen. I think it got lost between being a thrilled and a comedy. If it had been solely a thriller, it wouldn’t have been that bad.

The best worst film is Troll 2.

Notting Hill for me was awful, unfunny, characters were all carbon copies of Four Weddings and Julia Roberts was like a fucking LOG!

Also thought Spectre was pretty bad, trying to be Skyfall, only without the plot or a genuinely terrifying villain.

260 posts and no one has mentioned Moulin Rouge! It had a fascinating setting and great sets and costumes, but Baz Luhrmann tried to be too clever and reinvent the musical, or something. The result was an unfunny, nonsensical mess. So frustrating.

A Wrinkle in Time (Disney). DD was desperate to watch it. God it was utter drivel.

Some shite with this hair things with faces that come out of the sand and basically go into people's bodies and kill them so they have try and stay off the sand and they're trapped. Truely dire.

We started The Irishman, last night and it really good, but only managed 1.5 hours....We're going to plough on tonight

I am sick of all the Christmas films at the moment which are American and all fluffy and show a perfick Christmas.

I was in a proper festive mode last night I watched a Christmas movie on Netflix called "Miss me this Christmas" OMG how on earth i stayed awake through it is beyond me. It's awful especially the lead woman's acting. And her playing drunk is just wow 😮.

There looks to be a sequel which I kinda wanna watch to see if you can make a sequel just as bad and also to see if the very good looking lead guy is in it again

I started the Irishman last night but fell asleep not liking the strangely badly done (for the budget) superimposing of their young heads. You could see the joins iyswim. Shoddy.

Starcrash. David Hasselhoff acts everybody else off the screen. Terrible sci-fi effects. Blatant copy of Starwars complete with "laser swords". Ridiculous plot holes: The baddie's huge weapon as big as a planet gets blown up by the baddie in order to kill the 3 goodies captured on it! The heroine, Stella Star, in prison uniform of bikini and high heeled boots throws huge balls of radium into the nuclear reactor. Good soldiers crash through bad guy's space ship's windows leaving huge holes but everybody can still breathe. And at the end the universe is saved by using something that hasn't been mentioned up to that point.

Santa Claws was shit, but only in the cheap Christmas film for kids type of shit. As it's an Asylum movie, I was hoping for far more shitness.

The Mist was truly, truly awful.

I walked out of Mamma Mia- absolute shite.

I also hated Maid in Manhattan.
