It's on Netflix and it's called A Simple Favour

Anna Kendrick plays "Mom Stereotype"

Blake Lively plays "Mysterious Woman Stereotype"

Henry Golding plays "Wooden Husband"

Appalling dialogue and acting

Weird incest subplot

Recommended for purposes of mockery.

Isn't It Romantic is a big pile of wank.Seriously i cant even believe i watched it.

FairyJuice · 29/11/2019 09:35

Oh I've never come across another person irl who has hated The Hangover as strongly as I have though.

Cuppachino · 29/11/2019 09:54

My worst film is a very unpopular choice

Pulp Fiction

Agreed. I walked out of the cinema after watching half an hour and went to the pub.

IHaveBrilloHair · 29/11/2019 10:03

Don Jon, some hideous thing about a guy addicted to porn, no idea why I watched thatConfused

Fortheloveofscience · 29/11/2019 10:39

@TheClaws 100% agreed. I’ve seen some bad films but Valerian was pretty much unwatchable.

TheNameGames · 29/11/2019 11:03

Yet why has nobody mentioned William and Kate: The movie, yet?Wink

The trailer alone is hilariously awful. I don’t know what compels me but I have a thing for cheap, crappy films that makes me watch them

Bcnamechanger · 29/11/2019 11:18

You're all wrong. The worst film ever is Turbo. Through some horrible set of circumstances I ended up seeing it TWICE at the cinema. I can affirm that in both 2 and 3D it is unmitigated shit. I mourn the hours I won't get back.

Also, quite liked Cold Pursuit. I like that Nordic humour - it's a us remake so I'm going to hunt out the original because I think it'll make more sense in its original setting.

Can't bear bridesmaids.

And there's some Colin Farrell thing about lobsters that I sat through most of before deciding that it wasn't that I didn't get it, it was genuinely claptrap.

VanyaHargreeves · 29/11/2019 11:22

To be clear, I haven't seen Last Christmas but I've heard things and if this previous form is anything to go by, no chance!

Not a complete film snob

Also hated with a passion

The Shape Of Water
Roma

and this years Brad Pitt wankfest Ad Astra

Autumntoowet · 29/11/2019 11:24

Ha! I watched that one.
Try the “Wedding Christmas planner”
I lasted 45 seconds.
Please do it, now, I need someone to share my trauma

Ck25 · 29/11/2019 11:47

Comedy's that made me laugh are, just married and liar liar.

Tensixtysix · 29/11/2019 11:50

Bad Santa 2 is so bad it's hilarious! Don't let little kids watch it though...

Trustyourinnersatnav · 29/11/2019 11:51

Haha I watched this too, I decided to watch it all to serve my own amusement!

burnoutbabe · 29/11/2019 11:53

Oh yes ad Astra I blanked that one from my mind.so slow!
And the Apollo one from last year, that was boring too, no idea why they made it so dull. (Movie not documentary)

MashedSpud · 29/11/2019 11:54

I am the Pretty Thing That Lives in the House is currently my nomination for worse film ever on Netflix.

SheChoseDown · 29/11/2019 11:57

I can't wait to stick the telly on later

Maverick66 · 29/11/2019 12:03

Delighted I have found others who thought Bridesmaids was a awful as I thought it was.

user1471582494 · 29/11/2019 12:06

I paid to go see it at the movies with a friend. We walked out and asked each other what we had just watched. We haven't been back to the movies since. We can't trust our judgement anymore. Shock

MyfanwyMontez · 29/11/2019 12:16

Interstellar was mind numbingly boring.

Ck25 · 29/11/2019 12:35

bridesmaids is a no no from me same for love actually to.

userabcname · 29/11/2019 12:52

A Simple Favour is batshit. The ending is absolutely bizarre.
Have to disagree about Bridesmaids and the Ghostbusters remake though - I think both are hilarious!

PolkadotsAndMoonbeams · 29/11/2019 12:54

I've watched Abre Los Ojos and Vanilla Sky and didn't like it much in either language to be honest!

CottonSock · 29/11/2019 12:59

Some people must like it, 6.8 on IMDB reviews... I'm tempted now as I need to see how bad.

I also hated pulp fiction

Gingernaut · 29/11/2019 19:22

@Fairenuff, I watched The Straight Story!

I quite liked it.

Man with autistic daughter (who's had her children taken into care), learns that his estranged brother is seriously ill.

Unfortunately, his eyesight is so poor, he's not allowed to drive.

So canny fella that he is, he travels across the state and across the state line on a ride on mower.

His 'adventures' and the people he meets along the way make the bulk of the story.

Gingernaut · 29/11/2019 19:22

He's called Mr Straight, btw.

CanIGoHomeNowPlease · 29/11/2019 20:11

I’m currently watching the horror show that The Mummy...

Not the first one with the glorious Brendan Fraser and divine Rachel Weiss

No no no, this abomination is the one with Tom Cruise. It’s obviously had a load of money thrown at it but by god it’s awful.
