Tattle posters are in the main defying the attempts to explain why racist terms are racist even if you think they actually fit the individual they are describing

Yeah, none of them seem to realise that “aggressive black woman” is a racist trope as old as the hills. “But she IS aggressive!” they reply...

I don't really understand this either, sorry. Candice has exhibited aggressive behaviour. I can't even type out the stuff she said about people in her stories because it is absolutely appalling. Why does she get a free pass on this? I'd call anyone who said that kind of thing aggressive. Aggressive isn't being used in this context to refer to someone who is being assertive or confident, its just aggressive. I think Caroline Hirons is aggressive too. I've seen her several times be rude and abrasive to people on instagram.

I didn't see the story and had no idea who CB was until all of this.. I do think she's seriously aggressive and her comments were not justified the race card has been pulled I believe and many have jumped on it. I am not a racist I'm aware MoD did wrong in what she said and no doubt she'll pay for it in a professional capacity but CB reaction which got her banned .. awful. Then off to twitter to gain following and account reinstated in less than 24hrs. Media hype / new followers and a twitter party last night embracing black people so all went very well!

As I said refer to the tier 3 insta mums thread to see what she said about another blogger who suggested (without naming her or tagging her) that buying designer shoes possibly wasn’t a brilliant thing to prioritise when you have a load of debt you want to clear.

I don't get offended by someone saying I don't wash, because I know I do and people could tell if I didn't. I do season my chicken if I remember but it's not a big deal if I forget to, I'm a crap cook, and I don't particularly care about that. They are pretty puerile insults. Kele saying MOD abused black women online for 8 months offends me more, because it's a terrible slur and is completely untrue.

I think it's very disingenuous for people to deny there isn't an angry black women trope. You rarely see the word aggressive applied to white women even if their behaviour is aggressive. Serena Williams & Michelle Obama get the same label.

As far as I'm aware she made one comment!! Then ensued the onslaught and outcry to have her banned from being a MW. Pretty extreme reaction I think. I also was most days when the kids allow and can cook and do season my chicken .. however these snide comments are not called for and are directed at white people and just as bad in my opinion. I don't think I would say it because I don't ever use the vagina word but if someone threatened me or similar I would scream blue murder & I can certainly f & blind. I was burgled years ago & said awful things about the perpetrator.

I was reading about the serial killer Joanna Dennehy recently. She was described as sadistic, jealous, abusive, a monster etc but I couldn't see the word aggressive which is interesting.

I agree with this. Lots of people seem to be defending MODs comment because CB said something nasty or someone they worked with has used the race card. CB being a pimp or not (which is wrong imo) & not being a nice person or not is a separate issue to CH accusing her of playing the race card.
