She is only 11 and 176cm and 84kg. I am only 155cm and 45kg. It looks really oddSmile She plays basketball and netball and does really well.

It's impossible to find age appropriate cloths.

She used to hate being this big but now she loves it. Would she stop growing or grow up a few more inches??Grin

did the OP say she was indoors when she did it?

MustardScreams · 13/10/2019 13:19

Ok, what 11 year old can jump 8ft whilst 13stone?!!!

Honestly people are so fecking gullible.

WorraLiberty · 13/10/2019 13:24

The GP is my good friend so managed to get an early referral. He talked with my dd alone, did a check and read all the fitness test reports done by school coaches and then said she seems healthy. And he gave referral to rule out any unusual condition and said rest is on the specialist.

Well that's handy...

Cool story gets cooler bro

“did the OP say she was indoors when she did it?“

It doesn’t matter whether she was in an aircraft hangar- she didn’t do it.

doublebarrellednurse · 13/10/2019 17:21

I hit about that height by 12 and have stayed that way so she may stop soon. The clothing thing was an issue all those years ago too, it's very hard for a teen having to buy stuff not designed for their shape.

It got me terribly down for a long time as a teen but I didn't have the best examples of self love around me at all. Every woman I knew "needed" to be on a diet regardless of size and so feeling bigger than my friends was hard on me. I'm glad she's embracing it, I love being tall now and there are so many advantages!

I know that @BertrandRussell Grin. Just thought it was funny that people thought the only reason she couldn't have done it was because of ceiling height rather than being 13 stone++ and not a gymnast.

MustardScreams · 13/10/2019 18:29

@EmmaGrundyForPM I saidit was physically impossible. The ceiling height was just an added extra.

titchy · 13/10/2019 18:34

Didn't we have a similar one to this a few weeks back.... Sounds familiar. Maybe the hairy-knuckled don't have much in the way of imaginations. Kids these days eh?

PrincessandthePeach · 13/10/2019 21:57

Yes titchy, was that the one amount a boy having a BMI of 16 and his sister was anorexic? And he had Olympic swimming training or something? Lol
