I also love a hot orange squash. My mother started giving me hot orange squash to warm me up when I got home from nursery in the winter. I have had a hot orange squash every single day as my "just got home" drink ever since then.

I get excited driving near an airport ,when the planes are taking off and flying low over our car ,I nearly wet myself with excitement

I still push then jump onto the trolley in the supermarket car park when wheeling it to the car. I also realised recently when I had a work colleague in the car that I say 'weeeeee!' going round tight corners or roundabouts too.

Where do I begin? Not only do I like to eat Easter eggs, but I like to hunt for them as well. I love to take part in childish games like blind man's buff and pin the tail, and my favourite shoes are my "Red or Dead" T-bars, like these (and there have been threads on MN about them before); so now you know how to spot me!

I love Lego, i pretend i'm playing with the kids but really it's for me!

If i take the kids to the trampoline park or climbing wall i always go on with them, why should they have all the fun?

I am currently contemplating buying an adult kick scooter as i had a go on one recently and it was so much fun.

Love this thread. I agree with a lot of the things you do and absolutely love a sticker myself, and I also sometimes feel like a bit of silly running, just to let off steam. Not serious running, just a little bit of silly running, maybe a bit of jumping as well if there is no knee around and something needs jumping over.

And sometimes if I'm out in the countryside, I pretend I'm a horse jumping over obstacles or trotting along...

I get excited by the prospect of a walk on the beach because it means I can go paddling. I have 3 pairs of beach shoes specially bought for paddling.

I go on the swings in the early morning when there's nobody in the park.

I'm a 39 mum of one who has been married twice but I still like to pretend thunder is the footsteps of a Tyrannasuraus Rex it started when I first watched Jurassic Park when I was 13

I also love my Velcro trainers when I'm not wearing the T-bars. Scrrrrrritch… In the drudgery of being an adult, one perk is that there isn't so often someone telling you not to do something you really want to do, like putting said trainers on my feet without socks (my mum always tried to stop me doing this).

I get a real kick out of putting a plaster on a graze if I’ve hurt myself.

I bought myself a dollshouse. As a grown up. It fulfills all the dreams I had as a child for the dollshouse I would definitely one day own. I now spend my tiny amount of free time doing it up gleefully like an eight year old
