I think someone’s been in my flat when I’m out

I went to a BBQ in Saturday night and received a strange text from my DD who was home in her bedroom. She told me to stop stomping around as she was tired. I replied that I was miles away at a BBQ and she must have heard the neighbours

I thought no more of it and then I noticed someone today has come in and put a package on my bed and turned my fan on. Nothings been taken. Again my DD said she heard the door go and someone walking around and assumed it was me. But I have only just back from London

My DD is quite worried as she said it was so obviously someone in the flat she assumes it was me. She said I should get the locks changed as she thinks the former owners who lived here in 2016 could still have a key or even given it to someone else. It hasn’t even occurred to me to change the locks when I bought the flat. I guess that’s what I will have to do but how very odd. Nothing has been taken and they weren’t quiet about it.

I tried to log in to my old account but can’t remember the password. The email and mobile are so old I can’t even get them to send me a code to get a password reset. Shame I would have liked a peak at the old site. I used to sell jewellery but then spent all my time chatting on RT

I won’t out you don’t worry. But it makes sense you would have guessed as we knew each other well. Late night man convos and you helped me so much when my dad died and that awful time when me and DD were barricaded in the bedroom hiding from my ex. All flooding back now

Blimey. Don't know about parcels and doorbells but I haven't heard mention of the RT for years. The only person I can remember I think was called Robertsmum and she had a van or something drive into her front room if I remember rightly.

I bumped into someone on a forum about ten years ago that I knew from a different forum that I went to about 20 years ago.
I recognised some things that she posted about. Lovely lady, I have her on my Facebook now.

This is the weirdest thread.... basic questions unanswered.... panic about intruders one minute then total calm/indifference... daughters coming on to defend the OP... no proper updates... and now a long, private reminiscing conversation between the OP and someone who she’s not really sure she knows the identity of (and could even be her intruder for all we know!)... AND WHAT THE HELL IS THIS R.T. THING???!!!
