There's a woman on linkedin at the moment writing about involuntary childlessness and she concludes that we should all pity the mad old cat lady as chances are she hates it. Really gets on my tits stuff like this. Sad you're sad but speak for yourself, Justine, I'm living my best life 🐈 (I don't actually have any cats I just like them a lot in a no obligations way)

Sounds like she is projecting - just because she is unhappy, doesn’t mean everyone is. But then I wouldn’t consider myself childless, I’m childfree.

I don't mind which - childless YES as far as I'm concerned.

When I walk past a house with a shrieking toddler doing that are they being put to bed or are they being put to death noise I feel a shiver of relief.

I found her page quite easily, meaning to comment from the viewpoint of the cat lady, but having read the posts decided it wouldn’t be fair. She’s clearly had a horrendous time.
