OP, tell us more about the full process itself. I think people are focusing too much on whether the person reaches orgasm and making it sound grim, when my understanding is it is not or certainly doesn't have to be.

I've spoken to several people who have experienced it and feel it was a rich, beautiful, awakening experience that helped them get more in touch with their bodies and sensuality. My understanding is that the point of the 'happy ending' is more that people are reassured that if they get aroused or come, that's ok, as a natural bodily reaction to pleasure and stimulation.... rather than that that is the service you are delivering.... and that the huge majority of time is not spent on stimulating sexual organs, but on the whole body, skin sensations, and muscle massage.... but again, unlike a conventional massage, the sex organs are not taboo areas.... so it is more a massage without limits, than a 'way of wanking someone off'....

It does impact in my own sexuality a bit, hence the reason you need to create some very solid boundaries between work and private life. They're two different compartments and completely different.

I don't engage in personal talk with my clients, their personal life is none of my business (and my personal life is none of their business either), they're clients not friends. However... like in many lines of work that involve dealing with clients, regulars who've been coming to me for a very long time it's inevitable for them to tell me a little bit about their personal lives (we're all human after all). What I've gathered with those who have partners is that some of them know and some don't and keep it a secret from their partners.
