I can’t start a thread about weight loss without saying which plan I’m following, how I’ve done it, what I love about the plan and how it works for me. I’m not employed by SW nor on any way paid or sponsored by them. That would make a short thread! "I've lost 15 stone, AMA except how I did it" Grin

Well done Debbie. I followed your thread last year but I hadn't seen your video. I 'only' have 1 1/2 stone to lose but am finding it hard going, basically because I can't resist temptation between meals!

Do you ever miss being overweight?

No not at all. The benefits of being healthy, nice clothes, loving my shape, and overall having achieved something feels great.

I do sometimes miss eating what I want and mindless eating, I’ll have to watch what I eat for the rest of my life, but I never want to go back, even do far as putting a stone on.

Well done op! I’ve recently lost almost 4 stone and have less than a stone to target and about 5 lb to a bmi of 25. I’ve been struggling a bit lately , did you find it hard at times? Especially towards target? How did you push through it

Yes it can be hard but being overweight is hard too. I just tried to make if a lifestyle as much as possible, getting into a routine, prepping as much as possible and seeking support in my group and on social media. Sometimes if the weight wasn’t shifting I looked at exercise goals and body measurements etc. I keep things new and exciting and if I feel I bit bored I’ll try a new fruit or a new recipe etc. Best advice is just to keep going.
