Yay! It's day 0 and the video is up ( at 6.03 for me). Let's do this! What a lovely gentle way to start. See you all tomorrow when we actually do a little bit of yoga.

I missed yesterday so might do a double today. As yesterday’s was stretchy would it make sense to do today’s first then yesterday’s does anyone think?

Day 21 done after my morning run. I was dreading the side planks but they weren’t too horrible. I didn’t like the forearm plank bringing the knees to the ground bit much. But a good workout.

I found that forearm plank really tough but I have an issue with one of my arms which made it a struggle. Side planks used to be my nemesis but I can actually do them now. I don't stack feet or left legs though!

It worked really well doing today’s then yesterdays. Side plank is such a good exercise, whatever the muscles are called it targets have been weak and problematic with me in the past and now I can raise my leg on one side while doing it (other side far too wobbly!). I think it done of the few exercises that effectively targets those muscles so worth persevering !

Day 21 wobbled through. I'd collapsed on the forearm plank when she said "if you've taken a break just do this last bit" 🤣

I missed two days but I'm adding them on to the end. I think it's important not to get disheartened about having a day or two when you didn't get round to it, as then you're in danger of giving up!

Does anyone know what time the next day's are uploaded into the App UK time? Have done today's but also want to get tomorrow's done too as will be busy tomorrow.

Day 19 & 20 done when I got up this morning, but felt a bit unsatisfactory- my body seems so stiff in the mornings and I don't feel like I'm getting the same benefit as when I'm a bit more mobile as the day progresses. Am away this weekend, but should be able to fit day 21 in this afternoon before we go....I don't know if I mentioned this before, but despite this series being fairly gentle, I did find I felt slightly more bendy in my normal weekly yoga session, so daily yoga, no matter how gentle it seems, will help.

@Arcadia I use YouTube and they arrive at 6am U.K. time.

Not sure about the App as I'm not a subscriber, but I can't imagine tomorrows being made available today. If you are a subscriber I expect you can look at when todays arrived.

Day 21. I like the ones that start on your back. And liked the core workout. It was fun to do this one.
I was also mid yawn when she said take a yawn!

I can just about do the side planks on one side now, massive improvement on last year. Didn’t attempt any leg lifting though. This one was quite tough for me but more like what I need.

Day 21 done 😄. Mostly fine, but struggled with arm strength on the side planks - I have a bit of shoulder weakness anyway, exacerbated today by a very active weekend!! Glad to be back on track (but bound to slip again over the week...).

That’s more like it. I found it a challenge- there was no chance of lifting a leg in the side plank - but really enjoyed it.

I winder how those new to yoga found it. Has it built up steadily to give you the necessary strength or was it a shock to the system?

Thanks for posting the email @Sooverthemill . Had a super busy day and have done 22k steps, and felt too tired... so decided I'd just put it in and could lie in the mat the whole time if I needed to, I was still going to make the time for it!

And it worked I did nearly all of it (but wobbled out of the side planks quickly).

@Prestissimo it was a bit achy after yesterday's abs bit I didn't curse you once!

Day 21 done. I loved that, it was exactly what I needed. I also find forearm planks challenging.

@froginawell I didn't curse me either - different muscles I think! Grin

Did a double with d21 and then a 20minute 'relieve stress at bedtime' routine - really needed it after a stressful day at home today, we were all in independently bad moods and just kept winding each other up. Feel a lot better after 40minutes with Adriene.

Very stressful weekend so I missed Friday and Saturday so did day 21 followed by day 19 today. Will do day 22 followed by 20 tomorrow. Then will be all caught up!

I did enjoy the longer practice today as it was 40 mins in all. It was a good combination.

I sometimes have to do side plank on my forearm as it hurts my hand/wrist.

Day 22 a good one.

Lots of falling over in the dancers pose 😂
It helped me to focus on one spot, in my case the window catch!

I loved what she said about the current version of yourself being the best version, so often I want to be fitter, slimmer etc

Did two practices yesterday because I missed Saturday’s. For once I was glad they were both short!! Yesterdays one was TOUGH. I have a bit of a cold & haven’t had much sleep as my DS is ill but I’d like to return to it.
