Yay! It's day 0 and the video is up ( at 6.03 for me). Let's do this! What a lovely gentle way to start. See you all tomorrow when we actually do a little bit of yoga.

Day 8 done, although I was joined by my own dog who is way less docile than Benji and spent most of the time chewing my ears or lying on top of me (he's enormous too!)

Day 8 was exactly what I needed today. I usually enjoy them anyway as love an excuse for stretching and quietness but had a really busy day at work and not enough sleep last night too. Feel chilled ready to go do kids bedtimes and start cooking my tea. Great one for right before bed.

Im on Day 8, and managing it every day so far. Last time I managed the complete course was four years ago and I felt so much better for it so glad to be doing I this time. I usually get thwarted by a cold that makes my whole head start to drown in snot at the mere mention of downward dog, so hoping the lurgies stay away.

Day 8 was lovely. And just what I needed today.

My abs are still a bit sore from days 5 and 6! Hopefully tomorrow will be a good stretch!

I missed yesterday as did an in-person cardio and toning class that broke my abs Grin.

I knew what Day 8 would be like so did day 7 and day 8 back-to-back today. I usually find Day 8 style dull, but really enjoyed it today - delicious as Adriene said! Day 7 is my favourite so far - like a good flow!

Started this day 1 and im really enjoying it. I try to do it on waking to loosen me up for the day.

Ive always exercised since i was a teenager, im 54 now, have done lots of high impact exercise and did lots of running which i swear has ruined my knees.

I cant do high impact anymore so im concentrating on yoga and pilates now and im really liking it.

The core lesson a few days ago, my abs are still aching a bit so its obviously doing something

Day 8 done. I find it embarrassingly difficult to sit still and upright, makes me realise what a slouch I am normally!

But Benji refusing to move off the yoga mat was possibly the highlight of my day. I just had to contend with a cat sitting on my right knee when I was in recliner cobblers pose...

Day 8 done and enjoyed that. Just what I needed after a bad night's sleep, busy day at work and straight home to put the children to bed. Off to bed myself now!

Day 8 done - definitely needed a slow one this evening.

like everyone else, I'm still feeling the effects of the Abs Day, 2 days ago!

i enjoyed the one where you lean over to the side then bring your right hand to opposite knee etc, very stretchy!

Gosh, have we done a whole week already?!

And I’m caught up again. I do like - even love - yoga but I really really don’t enjoy flow practises so day 7 was not fun for me. Day 8 though was lovely and just what I needed to set me up for returning to work tomorrow, I now feel wonderfully calm.

Let’s see how long it takes me to fall behind again!

Just did day 8. Glad I left it for nighttime. So relaxed now. However it took me a while to get into it. I'm not good at sitting still even though I know it's good for me.

Keep forgetting to post. I got a day behind as I did an in person Pilates class one day so did day 7 this morning. Think I'll skip day 8 as those blanket ones are not really my thing and I practice first thing in the morning, so I'll be back on the right day tomorrow.

My abs are sore from day 6 still!

I've been lurking and trying to catch up before commenting, but am still 2 days behind so thought I would comment anyway, otherwise I may never! I started Move last year but stopped after about ten days for various reasons but have been doing pilates and other exercises for the last 3 months so although I still feel like a beginner I actually found day 6 reasonably manageable. It will be interesting to try Move after Center and see if it seems easier than last time.

I'm trying not to think too much about each session and my goal is just to do it, the best that I can, with modifications where necessary. Consistency is key!

Day 8 done: lovely! I do really like slow yoga where you can spend time breathing into poses - would enjoy that with more active poses too although always amazed at how differently I can sit when I think about it!

Before I started practicing yoga a few weeks a ho I thought day 8 would be my favourite type of practice. Easy to follow, lots of breathing & relaxing. Although I did like the breathing, I actually prefer a more active practice. This is coming from someone who hardly ever moves & NEVER exercises 😂 Day 8 done ✅

@VerbenaView snap - I had a tough day yesterday and enjoyed the pre bed yoga. Slept really well!

Day 8 done before bed last night and day 9 this morning. I also liked day 9. I have work yoga at lunchtime today so doubling up :)

Day 9 done - nice but I wasn't really feeling it this morning. Should have had my cup of tea before instead of after! I couldn't get settled in the warriors, just collapsing on to my front knee the whole time. Anyway, still better than starting the day without yoga! And aiming for a run later, that should wake me up a bit for the week and get me out of the post-Monday funk.

I can't believe I commented about day 8 without mentioning benji. I love how much she loves him. My dog also lies with me like that when I'm lying down but he does have to check I'm not dead first by sniffing my ears and licking my nose.
