I'm belatedly in, having managed to send my back into spasm while walking the dog in knee deep mug and coughing at the same time!
So a few days of naproxen got me to the point where I could do a few random Move ones - as moving is exactly what it needed so I can now do it pain free.
Just finished day 3 and I'm really enjoying it. After 10 (!) months of daily Move it's nice to learn a few new things.
I like that she focuses on breathing so much. It really, really is the secret sauce.
I love that with a decent amount of yoga under my belt it all feels - easy. I literally wobbled about in low to medium pain for the first oh... 5?6? Months but now I really get what she's going on about and work to finesse things.
Never thought I'd be hanging out in plank like I was just chilling - but I do now. Going from flat to plank used to feel like a crazy thing that I'd never crack - now I do t even think about it.
Thank you Adrienne!
That said day 3 reminded me that my hamstrings could be less tight and that the slight siatica the spasm caused is not entirely gone. But, best cure for that is yoga.
I tend to do 2 a day because at 47 I often need the first one to limber up and the second to really get into the flow.
