So in 2022 a bunch of us did MOVE every day and then carried on for j think about 7 months and then we petered out a bit but most still have some kind of daily practice. Please join us starting 1 January!

What’s a yoga squat? Is it feet flat on floor and bum lowered to by ankles? I used to be able to but think my heels lift up now.

Yes it's feet on floor, but don't worry if your heels are raised.

In fact there is an adaptation where you put your heels onto two corners of a half block for support, with toes pointing outwards, so you're not far off 👍

It's funny but the yoga squat is just about the only move I can do without any modifications. Everything else is HARD.

I will join whan I can, just watched the day 0 intro- no yoga today.
I won't be joining every day, because I am already attending 5 yoga classes a week- but will practice on my days off or if a class I attend is cancelled.

I will try it again as it’s been awhile since I’ve done it. I had no idea it was a yoga pose. I’ve seen my grandmother sit like this for ages!

I'm really hoping it is 30 mins or under like Move. Made it so much easier, it was the first one I managed to see through for the 30 days. Tried some of the 30 days series in previous years but with work and kids finding 45 minutes or so was a challenge, and as far as I recall no advance warning of how long each session was going to be.
Those who do it in the morning, do you do a day behind? I seem to recall the daily video not coming out until mid morning as they were released on US time, or am I misremembering?

Agree, they've all been manageable lengths so far but I did one of the previous monthly challenges and there was a 56 minute practice in there!

how's everyone doing? I enjoyed today but felt the last couple of days edge a little slow.

whoever said "Adrienne knows what I need" I absolutely agree, all her modifications are so good whether that be to make something harder or easier.
