Does anyone know how the payment works with TPRO with having a UK bank account?

@charlie1424 they just pay into any account, you just give them your IBAN number which is on your bank statement

Yes, mine has not been paid either. Sorry to ask another silly question but once they have your bank details etc are those all saved and each month you just submit an account or do you need to give bank details every time? Sorry, that sounds such a stupid question doesn't it!

Your bank details for payment should be permanently on the bottom of your invoice that you send, along with your IBAN number 😀

Hi all, I've just discovered this new thread, thanks for setting it up. Work has definitely been increasing, but is a bit sparse today. Hope everyone is well (and busy!).

Thanks Chrissols. I did not give an IBAN number- didnt know about that. I wonder if just acct.no and sort code is sufficent? We will see if there is a problem anyway.

Should be enough, they just told me an IBAN number would speed things up, although money hasn't gone in yet lol.

I've had 1 task so far - sat here refreshing and hoping for a miracle

I have done three today but I must admit I have been dipping in and out of TPRO but every time I do check there is just a blank screen!

I have only typed 5 all day

Is anyone getting more feedback lately? I haven’t had any for months, except the odd ‘thank you for your great work’ ones. Have had two in two days, one saying my format isn’t correct but I have used this format all along and never been told otherwise?

@Chrissols Sometimes I wonder if we get sudden negative feedback if there's a new person checking the letters and they are just finding their feet as to what is and isn't acceptable and perhaps being a bit over-zealous?? From the previous full thread, I seem to recall it seems that the checkers do have a degree of discretion and perhaps some will pick you up about something as being incorrect (such as your example of formatting) that others would regard as acceptable. Mind you, that's not terribly helpful as it just makes life confusing. I always query comments like those you've just received, but I have to say I usually end up none the wiser as the replies I receive are never terribly enlightening!

@Chrissols: I had some feedback some 2 months ago regarding formatting which I found odd as I, like you, have been doing the same formatting forever (like 8/9 years) - perhaps it was a new proof reader??! I didn't respond to the e-mail just changed to the way said

I have my DICT8 mouse mat to hand and refer the proof readers to it when they are feeling over zealous :))

I have also been contacted about formatting, not sure what is going on. I am doing nothing differently for the past 10 years - not sure what that is about?

@Lucylizzy123 glad it’s not just me then.....it really knocks you for six when they do something like that doesn’t it.
