How many hours a week do you work?

As the title says really

I'm currently on 34.5 hour week and feeling really guilty as I want to reduce my hours due to the stress of the job. It's beginning to make me unhappy even thinking about going into work.
I've emailed HR to find out what the reduction in salary would be.

How many hours do you work - and would/have you reduced hours? Has this made for a happier work/life balance?

37.5 over 5 days. I would never go part time as i like my salary. When dd is going to primary school i'll probably condense into 4 days but stay at full time hours

Contract is 35 hrs a week (salaried so no overtime), flexible hours.

The number of hours I actually work varies up to 45-50hrs depending on projects. For the last 3 months it has been very busy and I've been glad of fulltime WFH to miss out commuting time, but hoping this project comes out of its intensive care phase soon and hours calm down again for a few months.

ds is in secondary now so work/life balance is ok. I would have challenged and not done as many extra hours when he was younger.

Anything between 38 and 45 hrs.

Approx 50 hours , self employed, working from home,
Quite content although being SE brings some disadvantages, no sick pay for example.
It's still worth it , I never want to work for someone else again .
