Man arrested for self identifying as a converted muslim woman.

I think this throws the door open for all kinds of questions about fairness.

Men have been banned from covering their faces at protests so one man identified as a muslim woman and wore a burka, he was arrested.

I've seen 2 media outlets so far with headlines reporting that 'a man' has been arrested.

If we break it down...

If a 'real' muslim woman attends a protest (a Pro Palestine one for example) would she be arrested?

Has he been arrested for wearing the burka or identifying as a woman falsly?

Why is he not believed when he says he is a woman?

After all, it is fluid day to day and just a feeling! And any man can decide to become a woman at any point?

And who says he cannot decide to convert to Islam??

And why is he being reported as 'a man in a burka' when transwomen are NEVER reported this way when they self identify, even after committing rape?!

We all know why he is doing this.

But he is simply playing the establishment at their own game.

Why have so many Palestine protests occoured with men covering their faces with Kaffirs and balaclavas but it only becomes a problem now?

Why is it a problem to self identify now?

Why is it not a problem for a muslim woman to cover her face in a bank or school or park but this 'muslim woman' cannot?

Also why did the police BRING IN the 'stand up to racism' protesters so they were so close to the original protesters??

When have you ever seen police escort a 'rival' protest towards each other??

Remember how the Portsmouth protest has no arrests or incidents and they said it was because the powers that be didn't have time to bring in counter protesters to raise tensions.

Why else would they do this??

My concern lies with the state of the UK right now but If I had to extend my concern over seas it would lie with the thousands of Christians being slaughtered by Islamic Jihad groups in Africa.

I think they key part will be proving the claim.

While I recognise the hypocrisy of transwomen are women if they say they are being held up for comparison - ie being expect to accept without any specific evidence usually they aren’t being asked to prove their claim to being trans in court - just the court of opinion even if those opinions are somewhat official eg a female hospital ward, a female prison etc.

I imagine in this case if the defendant had evidence they had discussed their being a woman/had “women’s” clothes in their wardrobe, had recently taken an interest in Islam, owned a Quran etc they may stand a chance of succeeding with that as a defence.

In terms of “I say therefore I am” I agree there is absolutely no difference between this person claiming this to be allowed to continue a behaviour and any other using a claim to being a woman to access female only spaces for validation.

Very much agree.

We need to get back to universality and equality under the law. No ifs ands or buts. Different rules for different people is not fair, and will create a society riven with resentment.

Very few, if any, of the worst crimes committed in schools in the UK have been committed by someone wearing a face covering of any kind, so "no" for schools. I don't think Thomas Hamilton wore one, for example.

And providing a passenger shows their face, passport and boarding pass on their way through security or any other time required by airport police etc, it's not obvious anyone needs to have their face visible at all times in an airport either.

I think the problem is police/ councils selectively implementing face covering restrictions in areas where these recent protests are taking place, by white British men, when they've never implemented it before for all the pro Palestine, antifa and Muslim marches... Many of which are intimidatory and racist where the use of coverings to conceal identity (literally the situation that police enact these powers to combat) shouting support for proscribed terrorist organisations and anti semitic slogans, signs etc.

And they have these things called hands, that tend to be the same colour as the reat of them.

It will be interesting to see if the face coverings ban at protests is upheld not only at left wing protests, but in the courts afterwards.

So its not only possible to link trans with more and more issues because the trans issue doesn't have the where with all to stand on its own two feet

But also gate keep self id at the same time whilst at the same time promoreing self id.
