Tempest (a TW) is claiming discrimination, harassment and/or victimisation on grounds of gender reassignment. Central to the claim is the existence of the Sex Equality and Equity Network in the Civil Service (SEEN). SEEN has been granted right to intervene. Parts of the original claim against the co-chair of SEEN (Elspeth Duemmer-Wrigley) and another party (Andreas Mueller) were struck out or narrowed. Another claimant, PQ, is no longer part of the case.

I will also note that Elspeth still has a garden in need of seeds and water to support the ability of SEEN to be an intervenor in this case. The claim originated because she said "only women menstruate" and a search with her name and those terms at the usual gardening website should point you to her plot.

Very much Dr Upton's nebulous dogwhistle again. Women talking sense with evil intent.

Sometimes these occurrences have seemed to be a deliberate distraction in other tribunals.

I’m so glad NC was explicit in yukky detail describing what happens when TW say they “breastfeed”. Made it very clear to the judge and panel.

NC: It's not actually saying there is no such thing as GI, it's saying that if / when it comes to being male for female mattering, it's sex (not GI) that matters.

Should have added that there is no real estimate of how much of the drug inducement finds its way into the secretions or the effect on the child

But it’s good to have it in b&w; it’s very clear to an observer, although he remains without insight into his own mind, that he is so desperate to belong to the club of women that he claims his post-surgery symptoms are menopausal - when I imagine they’re simply post surgery symptoms and should therefore be catered for in a TW health network or similar. Once again I’m staggered that anyone wants to be in the menopausal women club - having just returned from my third vaginal scan for unexplained bleeding in a year. I mean, I don’t even want to be in the club.

It not his 'existence' that is being debated; it is his claims that are being debated.

Whoever it was, that person was unlikely to 'belong' to the intervener's side since then they would have no reason to spy on NC's notes.
Just made me wonder about the supposed wedding style seating arrangement in this case.
